"The hotel is located at the highest point in Zurich. It is difficult to drag luggage up the mountain after the train arrives. You can ask the shuttle bus to help transport the luggage. When you ask them for help in the morning, you still have to look at their faces, and they will make a bad look for you :) Pros: The room is clean and large, and the view is beautiful! Both night view and sunrise are great Disadvantages: The attitude of some service staff is very bad! I asked the hotel if there was a hot water kettle and was given an uncleaned one. It was a very bad experience!"

"Quick check in but tried to upsell a better room. Room was clean and there was daily housekeeping. You can also grab a coffee in the lobby in the morning which is a nice touch."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. Sheets were clean and there was a washing basin in the room. For shower and toilet you need to go outside to the shared bathroom. Breakfast was nice and there were a lot of choices. Basically that was a nice stay and I will recommend friend to try."

"Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!"

"The breakfast is great and the service is very good. Because I live in Switzerland, I have stayed in a lot of hotels. This is the most cost-effective one. The transportation is convenient. You can go directly to the hotel by bus No. 13 from the railway station. Highly recommended."

"Less than 30 knives from the train station, 20 minutes walk from Banhof Street and Zurich Cathedral, the room is quite large, very clean, breakfast is not much, the front desk staff is very warm, the only bad thing is that I have paid the full room rate on the platform and deducted me 160 euros. Later, I asked the platform and said that it would take 30 working days to return. I don't understand why it is like this?"

"I booked two rooms with a garden view, but one room faced the road and houses while the other faced the hotel's restaurant and some blocks of houses with a few trees. So, I guess it must be the ”garden view,” though clearly not all rooms have a true garden view—unless we have different definitions of a garden. The shower was ridiculously tiny, with a triangular shape. I believe any man larger than average would have difficulty using it. You can barely turn around in the shower, and the water flow is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow. The breakfast was poor. The restaurant waitress did her very best, despite being the only one helping all the customers in the restaurant and also assisting with checkouts. It was clear how busy she was. However, we waited for more than 45 minutes for boiled eggs to be replenished in the buffet area. The fried eggs were very oily and not fluffy at all—if you've been to a cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, you know what I mean. The choices and amount of food were very limited, and we left with empty stomachs. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever."

"The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. It is recommended to take the bus with luggage. It is quite tiring to pull it up directly. We didn't take the bus when we went there, so we asked the hotel staff to help us. They were very enthusiastic and helped us get to the hotel. The hotel room is OK, and the balcony looks beautiful, with mountains and water. The breakfast is Western style and tastes very good. The transportation is very convenient. There is a train station at the foot of the mountain, and you can take the bus directly to the city."

"Location is okay as there's a bus stop right outside that goes to town in a few stops. Room is very basic, no hot water kettle/coffee/tea, just a hairdryer and that's pretty much it. The toilet had a very bad sewage smell. Breakfast buffet is normal."
