Anyway so far so good..for us it is good kasi malapit sa mall and easy to go to moa too..for 5days in staycation in condo were good coz were safe naman po.. and the room is clean too then the security and sfaff were also good naman po..thank you and i will stay again when we were planning our next vacation in manila.. GODBLES

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

It was my final day at philippines, as well as me as a guest to them. the staff members ware too much friendly to me, I have a bad habit that I couldn’t sleep at night so I used to seat at the reception area during late night and watch reels and talk with my family, surprisingly they tolerate my noise every night. there was no one at hotel to make noise from 11PM - 5AM during nights, I was the only one. they never get offended on me and they help me in every single way possible 🌚 Thanks for everything.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

The place is near the airport but the room was not that clean and the smell in the toilet was bad. There's a balcony but you cannot open the door. The door was locked or broken (don't know). The stove is not functioning and there's no electric kettle to use if you need to drink hot coffee. The refrigerator isn't clean and there is some smell. The service is not that good. Can be able to contact the personnel assigned if you have some questions to ask. The good thing was that the wifi was good. That's all, I hope that they will improve their service and clean the room well because it's near the airport and it's convenient for the people who want a short Stay before their flight.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. I used to booked other hotel like gemstones.this is my 1st time here..unlike with the other hotel the room has no mirror even in the CR, there is no coffee mug..no oven..no toiletries

Seriously, if you're coming here, make sure to let them know in advance! I tried to contact them a day before my arrival, but they didn't read my messages and kept hanging up my calls. I ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour. Honestly, I really don't recommend this place. Despite all that, the stay itself was okay. Oh, and the bed smelled, so I had to ask them to change the covers. Also, Netflix wasn't working in the room.

The location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
