MMae214221If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an excellent location. They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is a huge plus. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food and is very convenient. Free breakfast is also provided. The only downside is that the air conditioning in the room is quite noisy. However, I noticed there were a lot of new air conditioners in the lobby, so I assume they are planning an upgrade soon. Overall, it's a great hotel for a layover.

GGuest UserWe had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

Wwyh55Check-in was super easy and convenient, highly recommend! The surrounding area is great, with plenty of food, drinks, and entertainment options. It made for a really comfortable trip. The service was also very smooth; I could contact customer service anytime to resolve any issues.

SSofiaaaaaaExcellent location because it was only one night before heading to the airport. Very friendly service and quick check-in. The only downside was that there was no toilet paper and there were lots of small cockroaches in the bathroom.

GGuest UserThe location of the condominium is excellent within walking distance from the airport, but when booking you need to take into account that it is convenient to check in during the day. We had a late check-in and there were problems because it was difficult to contact the hostess. We checked in very late and were tired. The room was old, the bed linen, the air conditioning, the towels, everything was very old. The hotel was literally for one night. About the photographer
