3-Star Hotels in Deqing

We recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation. For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel. But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. The first time I came to Moganshan ⛰️, I carefully selected an ins style homestay that loves my heart-YOLO (you only live once). I love this emotional decoration style too much. The simple and clean soft decoration really satisfies my face value control 😘. The owner of the homestay is a person who loves life very much. Under the embellishment of various green plants, the whole homestay is both atmospheric and warm. Because it has been raining that day, Yu can lie flat in the room, but the baby is not boring at all. The service of the homestay butler is very good. The baby especially likes the young lady. The young lady is gentle and cute. In the afternoon, the living room is very happy to rest and chat with the boss. The beautiful boss personally made two cups of coffee for us, and made delicious yellow tea for us. I was amway. Close to the evening 🌆 several of our families participated in making the ”Lixia Rice”, which is a very meaningful and close to nature. The babies are very serious, and the parents are also very hard. The first time I tasted Lixia Rice, it was really good. Breakfast is also made by them themselves, the shredded pork noodles are superb, and the soup is the soul 😛. The whole is a very memorable and pleasant homestay experience. 🌷

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The owners are by far the best part of the stay. They are so nice and friendly. The man drove us around town a few times and helped us prepare things for our bbq. He set everything up and cleaned it up. Whenever we offered to help he never allowed us. The room was immaculate when we arrived and everyday if we left the room no matter what time they would go up and clean it. We got fresh bedding and towels everyday which was not necessary but a very nice thought. Anything we needed we could just ask and they would help us. We did book this place over others based on they had a resturant but just be ware you need to have a minimum of 8 people in your party to use it. This was no problem for us though as we just ate in town down the road. I would highly recommend this place for couples who want to sit and enjoy nature but also any families looking for a nice place to relax. They have an amazing garden and the pool was great too. Honestly have no complaints! The games room was awesome too!

The pictures were so promising, the actual property is just next level. Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home. We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes. We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all. In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine. We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet). We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool. Thanks Jane! And please thank ayi on our behalf for the yummy meals.

Extremely sweet staff who are extremely friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was quick and swift. We got there after 8 pm on a Friday night and the front desk was available and waiting for us. They allowed night swimming and had great a spacious Karaoke facility. This hotel /BnB is pet friendly and so our 2 fur kids were not discriminated against and was treated with a great care. Jinx is the girl at the front desk and she is very kind, always going the extra mile for us, even sending us locations and attractions close by on wechat. They provided us with a DIY barbecue on Saturday night and allowed us to have a party till quite If I could suggest a few things it would be: 1. The cats in the cat enclosure have not had their space cleaned in weeks. There are feces and spider webs inside the 'space'. The cats never come out and look very unhappy. Please can they be better taken care of. 2. Rooms can be swept and cleaned daily. 3. Breakfast can be less dough based but some more fruit and healthier food options. Overall, we would definitely visit again and really enjoyed such a warm environment.

Choosing this B&B in Moganshan was a unique experience. Staying in an old Republican-era house and getting to know the charming mother and daughter owners was a rare experience. Although Huang Fu's former residence is located in a bustling city, the moment you enter the courtyard, you're instantly struck by tranquility. The ambiance and furnishings of this large courtyard are truly worth savoring, reflecting the B&B owner's artistic taste and meticulous attention to detail. You can fill your time here with so many interesting things, but life is so short. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and bring them back for a quick chat.

Open box homestay: Moganshan Hot Spring Homestay in the village Recently, I went to Moganshan for a short-term trip with my relatives and friends. Everyone wanted to climb the mountain bubble hot spring, so after a serious study for one night, I finally chose to go to the village. Moganshan Hot Spring Resort B&B (Firefly Base Store) [Fee] I booked a double room on a certain trip, 850 yuan per night/room, about 425 yuan per person/night, including a soup, a tea in the stove, a horse riding experience (one person can be free, you can ride for 6 minutes), a golf experience (the kind of practice), Guangdong local hot to explode, It feels really good in winter in the province! Although we booked a double room, riding a horse can be free for one person. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the dream fairy equestrian knight club. In the mentality of coming, we will spend an extra 98 yuan/person, so that all people have experienced riding. There are many beautiful net red punch points there, you can take more photos. [Service] Butler service will still be more active to ask us when to surround the stove, etc. After booking the hotel, remember to make an appointment with the housekeeper early to soak in the hot springs, because it is a private soup, each session can be soaked for forty minutes, every time the soup will provide flower tea and fruit, European-style fireplace hot spring, The scene is still relatively filmed~ [Dining] The homestay is divided into one store and two stores. This time I have eaten on both sides. One store has private dishes to eat. The per capita is about 100 yuan. I have tried the taste and the price is expensive. If you have breakfast, I feel that the second store is better than the first store. There are two or three farms nearby. This time I tried one of them called Weijia Farmhouse. It tastes good, about 80 per capita. [Facilities] In addition to hot springs and barbecue places, the second store will be bigger, there is a large lawn with activities, but there is no hot spring, the facilities of the two stores can be shared, all in the firefly base, there should be a lot of fireflies in summer, and there is a summer night market. But I really want to complain about it. There is no slope at the entrance of the second store. It is not very friendly to friends who drag the box. The layout in the room is warm. The bathroom has a smart toilet lid and drying rack. It will not freeze the butt in winter. The bathing suit can also be dried immediately after soaking in the hot spring.

The butler was incredibly welcoming, and the pickup/drop-off service was excellent. The room was very clean and the views were absolutely unbeatable. This is my second time staying here, and it's just as satisfying as before. They even let me take a shower when I finished my race late – so thoughtful!

The service was the true standout of our stay at this B&B! The owner and his wife were so kind and welcoming to us during our stay. Anything we needed (included a request for a Bluetooth speaker and bicycles to explore the area) they accommodated. We ate lunch once and dinner twice there…the food was simple, fresh, and delicious. On our second night when we requested dinner we were invited to eat dinner with their family and have some beers, which made our stay feel warm and memorable—it was such a nice experience. Although we are foreigners and have limited Chinese language ability both the boss and his wife were so friendly and thoughtful! Anything you need can be requested on WeChat. The location is beautiful and tucked perfectly into the mountains (beware though, most restaurants and shops will require at least a 15 minute walk to reach…this didn’t bother us much though because we several meals at the homestay). Overall, a wonderful stay that we would definitely recommend to others!

During the May Day holiday, Moganshan Scenic Area was crowded with people, and the price of homestays was also shockingly expensive, easily one or two thousand. Later, a friend recommended Zhuyanxiyu, which was really affordable and had a large room. It felt great value for money. The yard was paved with stones, and there was a row of stone-built pools full of foxtail algae, which was also very stylish. The roses taken care of by the owner of the homestay were in full bloom, which was very beautiful. The homestay has its own back mountain, which is full of bamboos and full of green. The owner is very enthusiastic, and the owner's wife cooks delicious dishes. The bamboo forest chicken soup is the first choice. The two children drank up the soup without a drop, haha.
