MMs.TranI had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everyone from front desk to cleaning staff, they were all so friendly and helpful. They always had a smile. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! I've been traveling for the past 10 months, and this bed is the most comfortable one I have slept in. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is good. The metro station and railway station is not too far, walking distance. Again, thank you to the great staff for the amazing stay!! 😀

YYouziluckyThe location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The old street is very charming, the bed in the room is very comfortable, there is a laundry room, and parking is free. Getting around is also very convenient, as it's very close to museums and science and technology museums! Especially noteworthy is the presence of a sweet fermented rice milk tea shop and a hand-pulled noodle shop right next door!

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, surrounded by tons of great food and attractions, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfy, and I slept like a baby all night long. The service was absolutely top-notch; the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with everything I needed. It's truly excellent value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is surrounded by many eateries and a night market, and it's not far from the Airport Shuttle Bus Line 2, making transportation quite convenient. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, and the noodle station chef at breakfast was patient and polite. Overall, it was a good experience. We received a room upgrade and were even given a small gift upon checkout.

Jjuly4112I only found out it was a Huazhu Club hotel after checking in, which is trustworthy. The cleanliness level is higher than other hotels of the same standard. The only downside is the slightly out-of-the-way location, but they offer airport shuttle service and it's close to the high-speed rail station, making it convenient for travel, especially for business trips. For dinner or drinks, they also offer delivery, which can be made within 40 minutes. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it.

GGuest UserThis hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right next to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for both business trips and tourism. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest after a busy day. The staff were warm and attentive, always willing to help, and the front desk service, in particular, was very professional and efficient. It was a very pleasant stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Jinglanzhou.

__YX25400****The room has a fantastic location, with a balcony directly facing the Danxia landform and offering stunning sunset views. The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed one night in between two train journeys. The hotel is located 10 minutes by foot from the train station, which is very convenient. Across the road there are some restaurants which sell tasty noodles.
The staff was friendly.
The room was VERY small, it was hard to open our suitcases without putting them on the bed.
In the pictures of the room, there was a window depicted, but our room didn‘t have one. The hotel states that this room doesn’t come with a window, so the blame must be put on us, but the pictures were nevertheless a bit misleading!
We requested a non-smoking room. While there wasn’t any ashtray in the room, the walls and furniture smelled of smoke, so somebody definitely smoked there in the past.
To sum up: Location and staff is great, but the room was small, without windows and smelled of smoke.

GGuest UserFirst, I have to talk about the service of this hotel. The waiters were like walking smiling robots, and their meticulous service throughout the entire process made me feel like a member of the royal family. I even wonder if they have learned how to change the sheets and tidy up the room in one minute, because every time I blink, the room looks brand new.
Then there are the facilities. Although this is only a three-star hotel, the facilities here are definitely five-star. The extra-large bed was as soft as a cloud, making me feel like I was flying into the sky. I was even more amazed by the shower equipment in the bathroom. The water flow was so powerful that it was like giving me a hydromassage.
Finally, I must mention the food here. Those chefs are simply the chefs of a five-star restaurant! Every dish I tasted gave me the feeling of dancing on my tongue. Especially the breakfast, which can be called a five-star buffet, makes me look forward to the morning every day.
Overall, the experience this three-star hotel brought me was definitely five-star. If you also want to enjoy this kind of value-for-money services and facilities, then come here! I promise, you will be smiling from ear to ear just like me! ”
