Very nice hotel. We had a family room consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room. Every room has an air conditioner. A spacious bathroom with a window, there is all the necessary cosmetics. A sufficient number of towels. From the windows you can see the sea. To the beautiful beach 5 minutes walk, to the Blue cave 10 minutes walk, very convenient. Breakfast in value does not include and it must be ordered in two days. Breakfast is beautifully served, we liked sweet grills and fruit. The moments that would like to improve - add glasses and dining appliances to the room. It was very hard to eat yoghurt without spoon. And add water to the minibar. In general, a very pleasant hotel and very pleasant staff and hotel owners, for those who don't like big hotels is a good option. Super süsse und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Es gab auf dem Dach einen Jacuzzi der frei zugänglich war und man aufs Meer schauen konnte. Luftmatratze, Strandstühle, Strandtücher konnte man sich alles ausleihen. Wir hatten leider nur Regen die gesamte Zeit aber in den Sommer Monaten bestimmt toll. Ein Auto ist in dieser Gegend ein muss Wirklich Meerblick hatte man leider vom Zimmer aus nicht aber das Zimmer war komfortabel. Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel und einen direkten Strandzugang. Wir würden auf jedenfalls wieder buchen:)

The location is in Enna Village, a famous tourist distribution center, about 40-60min from Naha by car, the second time I lived in blue entrance, downstairs is a local famous Mexican restaurant, ordinary room, very in line with the taste of foreigners, the residents on the side are basically foreigners. The price is cheap and the price is very high. This hotel in Okinawa is basically 1000+ places. It is more than 500 nights. It is almost cabbage price. There is a microwave oven, gas, washing machine dryer, 200 meters and 711,500 meters. There is a Rosen family. The street on the side is full of restaurants, including the famous croquet cattle. Not recommended if you don’t drive, of course, not even recommended to travel to Okinawa if you don’t drive.

The front desk staff were very patient and explained everything clearly. Staff came by daily to change towels and empty the trash. However, there's an extra charge for tidying up and changing the bedsheets. You also need to go to the front desk yourself to get more complimentary toiletries.

I got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement. I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help. I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.
