GGuest UserNeither trip.com nor the hotel informed us beforehand that there would not be cleaning included for the duration of our stay. We had to put our used towels, bathrobes and rubbish bins outside the room for them to change. It would have cost JPY 5000 for each cleaning. Should this be labelled an airbnb instead? Also, trip.com did not indicate that additional charges had to be paid again for a child until after booking (the selected room for 3 was already more expensive than the room for 2). Requests to trip.com customer service staff were abysmal and could not address the enquiry. Service was decent and most were friendly to the child. Breakfast was also decent although it was 2x japanese and 1x western (no choice). The view from the restaurant was amazing! Blue seas and floor to ceiling glass windows. Onsen and sauna were also serviceable. Good proximity to onna beach and aquarium compared to naha. Good overall except for the hidden charges (and no cleaning!) which spoilt the overall experience. Not sure if we would stay again, and we definitely won't be using trip.com in future.

MM231507****I have no idea why this hotel is so popular. I stayed during the off-season and paid 2,000, which is double the price of the Intercontinental next door. They gave me a room right by the basement parking entrance, and cars kept coming out, making it incredibly noisy! After complaining to Trip.com, I was moved to the 10th floor. Even though it was typhoon season and the occupancy rate wasn't high, they still gave me a terrible room. If it were peak season and first-come, first-served, and I got a bad room, I might not mind so much. The front desk staff had a stern face and was cracking their knuckles right in front of us, making loud popping sounds with their fists – like they wanted to pick a fight! The small room had three beds crammed in, making it very cramped. We were two adults and a 6-year-old child, and we booked a double room. I don't know why they gave us a triple-bedded room without discussing it. The hotel doesn't even separate pedestrians from vehicles. Although the sea view from the 10th floor was decent after we moved, there were parking spaces directly below, so it's definitely not worth the price… The hotel's lawn and public areas were messy, and the pool was just mediocre. The lobby, however, was quite grand, and breakfast was acceptable! The old church wasn't particularly photogenic either. If you have a car, there's absolutely no need to stay here; there are far better options. The beach isn't as good as other 5-star hotels either! There are plenty of dining options nearby, which might be why it's popular, possibly due to direct bus access. On checkout day, I saw many tourists with luggage waiting for transport at the main entrance. If it's more expensive than other 5-star hotels, there's no reason to choose it. I stayed at three hotels, and this was the worst…

__WeChat28936****I used to stay near Cape Manza whenever I visited Okinawa, but this time I wanted to try a different beach, so I booked the Moon Beach Hotel. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's very well-maintained and quite nice. The room was surprisingly spacious. I didn't book a sea-view room, but if you have the option, definitely go for it – it's absolutely worth it! For breakfast, there are two choices: a Japanese set meal or a more standard Western-style buffet. The room key is quite unique; it's shaped like a seahorse. On the ground floor, there's a shop selling beachwear, which is a good option if you haven't brought any. Eating out near the hotel is very convenient, with plenty of options. There are also many diving schools and car rental places nearby. Some diving schools even offer Chinese-speaking services, so it's worth checking out if you're interested. I'll definitely be back next year! 🤩🥳

ゆーか825The view from our room was even more beautiful than I expected. The room was spacious and stylish, and the jacuzzi on the balcony was great. There was no convenience store nearby, and the shop wasn't open 24 hours, which was a bit of a problem, but other than that it was a lovely, comfortable hotel.

MM272330****Pros: 1. The hotel is close to the Cape Manza scenic spot, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 2. The hotel offers a wide range of water activities, including but not limited to banana boats, jet skis, an inflatable water park, glass-bottom boats, and sunset cruises. If you're not planning on visiting the outer islands, you could easily spend a whole afternoon here. Cons: 1. The hotel is a bit old. The lobby has no air conditioning 🥵, and the room decor and furnishings feel dated. The shower pressure in the bathroom 🚿 isn't great either. 2. The outdoor pool closes at 6 PM, and the beach only stays open until 5 PM. I won't even mention other times, but Okinawa right now is scorching hot and sunny. The only time you can really enjoy the pool or ocean without getting baked is closer to sunset (unless you don't mind the sun, then never mind what I said). But then you only get to play for a short while before you have to leave!! 😅

GGuest UserSince 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience. However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed. Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Tthat DamianExcellent location and service, the location is superb, being close to not only beaches, but also in-between Yomitan and Onna (and OIST university, if you'd like to visit your friends). There's also a combini right next doors(!. Cape Maeda, Zakimi Castle is also all at cycleable distance!

TTezpezMy boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Ocean Resort PMC. The location is convenient if you have diving plans, with the diving drop-off point right next to the hotel. There's also a surf and diving shop and school below where you can ask about lessons and equipment. Although we had already booked our diving elsewhere, it was just an 8-minute drive away, and they even drove us back to the hotel, which was a bit amusing. Overall, the stay was fair, but there are a few things to note. After 11 AM, the elevator is not available, and the parking lot is about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. However, there's a 24/7 convenience store just across the street, which is very handy. The ground floor has a washing machine that all guests can use. After 11 PM, you have to use the stairs, which can be a bit scary as there's no light. The hotel has a kitchen, but it lacks basic utensils. For the price, I felt like I could have picked somewhere better, but the location and amenities were decent enough for our needs.

GGuest UserThe room looked clean, but when I walked to the tatami place to see, it was actually full of hair and a lot of sand dust, and then carefully checked the entire room floor, I can only say that there is a lot of dust, a lot of sand and a lot of hair! I can't believe it..... Later, I wiped the floor all over, and the pillow shook the dust before I had a way to rest and would not choose to stay again.
