For the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

The soundproofing is very poor and it is very noisy. The cleaning lady was cleaning at the door very early in the morning. The noise from the street is also very loud. I stayed there for two nights and didn't sleep well on the first night. I didn't sleep at all on the second night. I woke up at 5:30 in the morning and woke up at 6:30.

Facilities: The facilities are all new. The room is not big but it has everything, including a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, etc. There is also a lot of storage space.
Sanitation: Super, super clean! Everywhere is spotless.
Environment: It looks like a relatively new apartment building. The corridors are also super clean. CU is downstairs. It is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat.

The experience was much better than i expected. Our room was initially 3rd floor and since the buildings are only 3 stories high, there are only staircases and no lift. Service staff saw that my mum’s back was hurting without my family needing to tell him and offered to change our room to the 2nd floor. The seaside view was amazing as well and the rooms were all very spacious, clean and well maintained. For the price we pay, it was an awesome deal!

This hotel is an apartment-style hotel, just behind Grand Hyatt. The rooms are large and new. There are E-Mart and Lotte Mart nearby, making travel very convenient. It is a ten-minute walk from the duty-free shop. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service is available as long as you make an appointment one day in advance.

I had to catch a very early flight and the airport is a mere 2 Km away so walking was a good option. Easy, safe and rather quick exercise.
The room was simple with a fridge and an efficient and rather quiet air conditioning system. The bed was fine. The bathroom basic.
At first I found the check in surprising as it is kind of machine based but with no option for prepaid booking and no human visible. However there is a camera and I was quickly greeted and asked how I could be assisted. All in very good English. After explaining my ”case” a human was sent to finalize the check in process. That in basic English.
I had a good night. For the price paid certainly not unhappy.
One last comment: I could not find the hotel on Google map not on the KakaoMap app (best in Korea be it for public transportation or even walking directions as Google map offers very little there). You will have more luck searching for the ”K Tourist” hotel which is literally adjacent to the Woody tiny hotel.

IIm_YiseulThe location is OK. There are several bus stops nearby, but they are basically about 7-8 minutes' walk away. It is very close to the airport and Jeju Bus Terminal. It takes half an hour to get to Dongmun Market and duty-free. It is not easy to call a taxi.
The room has 4 layers of soundproof glass, so it is very quiet and not noisy at all. You can see the sea view and airplanes from the 5th floor and above. There is a smart toilet and hair dryer, but there is no kettle. You can't eat in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the 8th floor.
4-star 3-star hotel, the overall cost performance is still very high, the staff are very qualified and enthusiastic (it may also be because they speak Korean

It is a common building and Urbanstay among several operators have rooms within. A little challenge at night though the GPS did point to the building along the narrow street . Our unit is fully equipped studio apartment with washer, fridge, kitchen stuff, just the sofa not so comfortable to rest on in my opinion. Overall stay was comfortable, many gift shop, eateries, retails and supermarket within walking distance. Being near the airport and car rental, it is a convenient place to stay and shop prior to departure.
The check-in and check-out is contactless via email. The biggest lesson learnt is the mechanical parking system that is only good for sedan vehicles. We rented a SUV, hence cannot use the parking storage. With very limited parking lots and few marked for EV charging within the building, we ended up paying kwn60,000 for overnight at another hotel carpark across the street that is nearest we know.

It was okay. Spacious accommodations at an affordable price and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Perhaps because we went on a weekday, we were the only ones in the swimming pool, so we used it comfortably. We also paid an extra 20,000 won to use the barbecue! There is a tonkatsu restaurant below the accommodation, and the ramen and white pork tonkatsu are delicious! However, the terrace was a little dirty and there was a smell in the bathroom, which bothered me a little. Still, I think I'll visit again because it's great value for money!

YYUANYUANI really don't write reviews, I don't think the service industry is easy. But Jeju, I really want to write about it. I don't know if the Chinese are not popular or what reason. The whole service staff has no smile. I don't know if Jeju's overall economy is poor or the tourism income is reduced. It is still a geographical problem. I feel that there is no enthusiasm for the work. The scenery of the house is really good, just by the sea. It is also true to buy a scene. It is recommended that the bed in the room be a little larger. The price of a 1.5×1.8 bed room is nearly 1000.

GGuest UserOutside the window is Rainbow Avenue. The boss is a Korean brother who is very warm and polite and will help with luggage. Because the opening time is long, the facilities will look old, but it is very fast to catch a plane to stay for one night from the airport!
