"The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it."

"On the morning of February 3, I checked out of the hotel. After returning the car, the rental company sent us to the airport. When I arrived at the check-in counter at the airport, I found that my passport was missing! And the terrible thing is that I don’t remember when I lost it! And because I was not sure where I lost my passport, I needed to recall all the times I used my passport. At that time, I couldn’t remember any other time I used my passport except for checking in. My IT&E phone card may no longer be valid because the contract expired, so I couldn’t call the hotel. After I explained the situation to the staff at the airport, the airport staff helped me call the hotel, and then I got a taxi to the hotel. I was very anxious, very depressed and very self-blaming all the way. You know, at this time, there were only 45 minutes before the counter closed. But the taxi driver was very good and kept comforting me. When I arrived at the hotel, I left my child in the car and ran all the way to the front desk of the Orchid Hotel. There were already people waiting in the lobby in the early morning. I ran to the front desk, and the gentleman at the front desk had my passport in his hand. That was my passport! The staff of the Orchid Hotel found my passport in the room! Thank you everyone, I was really about to cry! Without them, I would have been in big trouble. I am so grateful to all the kind people who helped me. The sequel of the story: I was as excited as Jack when he got the ticket to board the Titanic. I hugged the driver who sent us to the hotel to find our passports and drove back to the airport. 10 minutes before the airport counter closed, I completed the boarding pass exchange and finally caught the plane. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Superb service. We got it at 6:30 am and they gave us another room where we can rest until it’s time for our check-in for free (this is probably subject to room availability). Absolutely thankful for this service (order cam from management level as well). We got a premiere suite. Then at 10:30am they called our temporary room to inform us that our Family Room is now available. The family room is big (bigger than their site pictures) complete with kitchen amenities and laundry machine and dryer. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Walk-in closet was also in 1 bedroom. Overall, a great stay for our short Guam vacation. :)"

"Great value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc). Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam."

"overall satisfactory 1 has a simple kitchen with a frying pan, a cooking pot similar to the size of a milk pot. There are clips, knives, and chopping boards, and there are basically dishes for washing dishes. There are forks and spoons. Note there are no knives. 2 There are dining tables, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and electric stoves. You can buy some oil, beef, milk, and fruit to cook for yourself. No coffee machine, no toaster. Boil water in a kettle on the stove. 3 There are two double beds and two single beds in the room, which is more suitable for a family of 6-7 people. 4 The hotel has a swimming pool and free ice near the lobby 5 The nearest beach is the beach of Crowne Plaza across the road."

"I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time."

"The building, lobby, hallways, and rooms were all clean and neat, the showers, toilets, and other facilities were new, and the area around the bed was also clean, so I really liked it. However, the Wifi connection was unstable and frequently cut out during my three-day stay, so I think there is room for improvement in the Wifi environment. Apart from the Wifi, everything was good, including the service of the staff."

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."
