4-Star Hotels in Lanzhou

Traveling with my family of five to Lanzhou, we chose the Eurasia Cloud Intercity Hotel, and our stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel is located on a high floor of Eurasia International, offering panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning city and Yellow River night views. The kids absolutely loved gazing out the window. The room was spacious, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was clean and tidy. The smart lighting and curtains throughout the room were easy to operate, which was very convenient with children. The front desk staff were attentive, proactively offering children's toiletries, showing great attention to detail. The mattress was just right—neither too soft nor too hard—and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring the kids could get a good rest after a day of activities. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the freshly prepared beef noodles tasted authentic, appealing to both adults and children. Downstairs, it's right next to Nanguan Snack Street and Zhangye Road commercial area, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also a short drive from attractions like Zhongshan Bridge. There's even a self-service laundry room, which was very handy for washing clothes with kids. Overall, it was warm and comfortable, and we felt incredibly secure traveling with children. I highly recommend it to families.

Stayed here on two separate occasions for a total of 3 nights. The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff were very friendly and gave me their WeChat upon arrival so I could contact them if I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything I needed although a fridge would be nice! Decent breakfast too.

The room was large and clean, and the staff were very polite. The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Provincial Museum, the West High-speed Railway Station, and Lanzhou Center are all about a 15-minute walk away.

A and S at the front desk were incredibly attentive and helpful. They assisted with luggage storage and provided excellent information and recommendations. Their service was warm and thoughtful.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

Stepping into the lobby, I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance and polite staff at the front desk. Perhaps because I'm a Ctrip Platinum member, I received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room, which I was very pleased with. The attention to detail was impressive; seeing that we had four pieces of luggage between two people, the check-in staff thoughtfully arranged for a colleague to help us bring our bags to the room. The hotel's facilities are excellent, not only offering a washing machine but also a dryer, complete with laundry detergent. Both are available 24/7 (the room TV shows the status of the washing machines – whether they are in use or available), and best of all, the laundry service is free! That's fantastic; my clothes smelled wonderfully fresh after washing. The next day, I called the front desk to inquire about the brand of laundry detergent. They informed me that Atour Hotel's detergent is custom-made. To my surprise, when I checked out, they gave me several packets of the detergent, along with a small gift bag containing three packets of 'San Pao Tai' (a type of tea), more laundry detergent, and bottled water. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

After visiting Bingling Temple, we drove straight to a hotel near Zhongchuan Airport, as the airport is really far from the city. Luckily, we could still order some Lanzhou delicacies via food delivery. The room was booked using Trip.com points, and the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airplane or road noise at all, which allowed me to get a solid two and a half hours of deep sleep. The service was quite friendly, but I requested a room upgrade through Trip.com and it doesn't seem like I received one. Breakfast was decent. There weren't many hot dishes or protein options, but the beef noodles were really flavorful, especially the chili oil in them.

Facilities: There is a gym, very modern, with a humidifier, air conditioning, and the lights will turn on at night to remind you, which is a benefit for people who are afraid of the dark. 1. The hotel is brand new and ideally located, with attractions, restaurants, and transportation all incredibly convenient. I highly recommend the Xiaoxihu Chuntai Hand-Pulled Noodles across the street, the Xiehe Beef Noodles at the corner, and the Xinyue Store next door (their cakes are delicious). 2. The family room exceeded our expectations! It was spacious and clean, with a well-designed wet and dry separation. We loved the smart toilet in the room, and the shower head provided ample yet gentle water flow. The toiletries were high-quality, and the hairdryer was powerful and easy to use. Every detail made our stay comfortable. 3. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and the gentleman who brought water was very polite. We also received complimentary welcome fruit, making us feel right at home. 4. Although the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was thoughtfully prepared, with different dishes offered each day. We stayed for three nights and were pleasantly surprised every morning. 5. There's a coffee bar on the ground floor of the hotel. The only downsides are that there's only one elevator and no parking available, but getting a taxi is very easy.

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
