4-Star Hotels in Lanzhou

I stayed for two nights, and the hotel proactively upgraded my room. The room had self-service laundry and ironing facilities. It was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 1, a 10-minute walk from Lanzhou West Railway Station, and about a 15-minute walk from the Gansu Provincial Museum. There are Lanzhou specialty shops next to the museum, and Lanzhou Central Shopping Mall is opposite, offering plenty of shopping options. There are also many restaurants on the basement floor. The staff were very helpful and provided directions. They even gave me a small gift upon check-out. It was a great start and a great finish, making it the best travel experience ever. Highly recommended!

After exiting Lanzhou West Railway Station, you'll be on a pedestrian overpass. Go left, cross the street, and descend the overpass. Continue straight, then turn right at the intersection and walk straight until you reach the first traffic light – that's where the hotel is. Dining is convenient; turn left out of the hotel, cross the intersection, and continue straight to quickly reach a food court. The front desk offers a variety of complimentary teas, and breakfast has a wide selection. The room is spacious and bright, with a walk-in closet, and the bathroom area is also very large.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

Excellent stay with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, attentive staff. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Great value for money, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

After visiting Bingling Temple, we drove straight to a hotel near Zhongchuan Airport, as the airport is really far from the city. Luckily, we could still order some Lanzhou delicacies via food delivery. The room was booked using Trip.com points, and the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airplane or road noise at all, which allowed me to get a solid two and a half hours of deep sleep. The service was quite friendly, but I requested a room upgrade through Trip.com and it doesn't seem like I received one. Breakfast was decent. There weren't many hot dishes or protein options, but the beef noodles were really flavorful, especially the chili oil in them.

Facilities: There is a gym, very modern, with a humidifier, air conditioning, and the lights will turn on at night to remind you, which is a benefit for people who are afraid of the dark. We stayed at the Atour Hotel with elderly family members and children. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit the main attractions, and it's only a 3-minute walk to Zhongshan Bridge. We booked a standard room and a king-sized room. The hotel facilities are well-equipped, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the furniture and amenities are all new. The beds are very comfortable, with both firmer and softer pillows to cater to different preferences, and complimentary water and drinks are provided. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The breakfast is thoughtfully prepared and well-balanced, featuring beef noodles and a sweet egg and milk soup with fermented glutinous rice (Jidan Niunai Laozhao), which both the elderly and children thoroughly enjoyed. I must especially commend the staff here. From the front desk to the restaurant and the housekeeping aunties, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, proactively greeting us and asking if we needed any assistance. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. A small incident occurred when my child forgot a pair of shoes in the room upon check-out, and we only realized it after returning to Xi'an. We immediately contacted the hotel. Within an hour, the hotel arranged for a courier, and we received the forgotten item the very next day. We are truly grateful! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Lanzhou in the future.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Lanzhou West Railway Station. It's only a few hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station and even provides a shuttle service. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-laid out, and fully equipped, not to mention clean and tidy. I choose this hotel every time I visit Lanzhou.

The hotel was very affordable, and the room was great. It was also very clean, and everything was neatly arranged. The toiletries were in small bottles, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent – super easy to find, right next to a pedestrian street, and directly across from a subway station. Definitely recommend!

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
