If there was a 10-point scale, I'd give it a 10! The hotel's location is excellent, right in the old town. Vanleer Mei Hotel is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. Check-in was fast, and the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home, almost like family. There was never any awkwardness or discomfort. Every time I passed through the lobby, the staff would greet me like good friends. The room was very cozy, and my child and I were very comfortable. The mattress wasn't too soft, so my back didn't ache after sleeping, which is a huge plus. The hotel is within the old town scenic area, so there are tons of restaurants right outside. The coffee was delicious, and the staff thoughtfully recommended some very authentic Lanzhou eateries. When checking out, they even gave my child a souvenir filled with snacks – a really thoughtful gift! I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is located between Xishizi and Lanzhou West Railway Station, a bit of a walk from both subway stations, but the walk is pleasant on a sunny day. There are many small shops behind the hotel, offering a variety of dining options. The elevators use card access, which is quite secure. The buffet breakfast is spacious, and the noodle chef is skilled; the noodles are chewy and better than many beef noodle shops. The restaurant staff are very friendly and professional, helping to heat up egg tarts and promptly clearing away plates. The hotel front desk is responsive, and a complimentary three-boiler tea set is provided as a souvenir upon check-out. Overall, highly recommended.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

After exiting Lanzhou West Railway Station, you'll be on a pedestrian overpass. Go left, cross the street, and descend the overpass. Continue straight, then turn right at the intersection and walk straight until you reach the first traffic light – that's where the hotel is. Dining is convenient; turn left out of the hotel, cross the intersection, and continue straight to quickly reach a food court. The front desk offers a variety of complimentary teas, and breakfast has a wide selection. The room is spacious and bright, with a walk-in closet, and the bathroom area is also very large.

Conveniently located with easy access to Line 1 and right by a food street/pedestrian street. Zhongshan Bridge is also nearby, just a ten-minute walk away. Make sure to try the first batch of beef noodles at the next-door shop in the morning! The young man from Hebei at the front desk provided amazing service. If I come to Lanzhou again, this will definitely be my first choice.

Extremely satisfied! It's a 15-minute drive for an early morning flight, and they offer airport drop-off if you book a day in advance. Since I left early, they even packed a generous breakfast for me! The room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely consider this place again when I'm transiting through Lanzhou!

The location is fantastic, very close to Zhangye Pedestrian Street and right by the Exit of Metro Line 1, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, both visually appealing and delicious. The front desk staff are exceptionally helpful and have a gentle demeanor. The hotel's washing machines and dryers are particularly useful.

Facilities: There is a gym, very modern, with a humidifier, air conditioning, and the lights will turn on at night to remind you, which is a benefit for people who are afraid of the dark. I read many negative hotel reviews before my trip and was hesitant to book anywhere. I ended up booking this hotel a day before, and it exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming – truly outstanding! The cleaning staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend! There's even a robot delivering food, which my child loved seeing for the first time! This hotel is excellent; the service in all aspects is meticulous and thoughtful. It's suitable for a stay, clean, comfortable, offers a great experience, is well-equipped, and provides great value for money. Downstairs, there are plenty of food and drink options, and a supermarket is very close by, right across the street. There's even a McDonald's!

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
