The room facilities are excellent, and the air conditioning is very cool and comfortable! The overall service at the hotel is great. I've stayed twice, and each time they've carefully helped arrange the room and were very accommodating. It was a really good stay. The cleanliness and attention to detail are also excellent, highly recommended.

The room was great, with a good layout and plenty of natural light. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, and the recommended local specialties were excellent – beef noodles, hand-pulled lamb, milk egg sweet fermented rice, and the Fangha sweet germinated wheat milk tea were all fantastic. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to the high-speed train station, making it very convenient for getting around. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was comfortable – not too soft, not too firm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the beef noodles. The hotel is located about 1 kilometer from the West Station North Square and 1.2 kilometers on foot from the Gansu Provincial Museum and Lanzhou Center. You can easily walk to these places if you're not in a hurry.

Checked into your hotel yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent. The location is super convenient, right next to a RT-Mart, and there's even a Luckin Coffee in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the large floor-to-ceiling windows. Overall, a very pleasant stay! [smiley face emoji] And a big shoutout to the customer service for their outstanding and thoughtful service.

Stepping into the lobby, I was greeted by a pleasant fragrance and polite staff at the front desk. Perhaps because I'm a Ctrip Platinum member, I received a complimentary room upgrade to a spacious and comfortable room, which I was very pleased with. The attention to detail was impressive; seeing that we had four pieces of luggage between two people, the check-in staff thoughtfully arranged for a colleague to help us bring our bags to the room. The hotel's facilities are excellent, not only offering a washing machine but also a dryer, complete with laundry detergent. Both are available 24/7 (the room TV shows the status of the washing machines – whether they are in use or available), and best of all, the laundry service is free! That's fantastic; my clothes smelled wonderfully fresh after washing. The next day, I called the front desk to inquire about the brand of laundry detergent. They informed me that Atour Hotel's detergent is custom-made. To my surprise, when I checked out, they gave me several packets of the detergent, along with a small gift bag containing three packets of 'San Pao Tai' (a type of tea), more laundry detergent, and bottled water. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

After visiting Bingling Temple, we drove straight to a hotel near Zhongchuan Airport, as the airport is really far from the city. Luckily, we could still order some Lanzhou delicacies via food delivery. The room was booked using Trip.com points, and the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airplane or road noise at all, which allowed me to get a solid two and a half hours of deep sleep. The service was quite friendly, but I requested a room upgrade through Trip.com and it doesn't seem like I received one. Breakfast was decent. There weren't many hot dishes or protein options, but the beef noodles were really flavorful, especially the chili oil in them.

Facilities: There is a gym, very modern, with a humidifier, air conditioning, and the lights will turn on at night to remind you, which is a benefit for people who are afraid of the dark. Excellent location, definitely the best hotel I could have chosen in downtown Lanzhou after a thorough search. It's a 5-minute walk to Zhongshan Bridge, 3 minutes to Mutaxiang snack street, and the famous Ma Youbu Lanzhou Beef Noodles is just a few steps away. The room facilities are great; the room itself is spacious, the wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, and there's a bay window with a street view. It seems to have been open for about 2 years? For this price, the逸扉 (Yifei) hotel offers incredible value for money. The staff were very busy but still provided attentive service. It was the perfect last stop on my Northwest trip.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Lanzhou West Railway Station. It's only a few hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station and even provides a shuttle service. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-laid out, and fully equipped, not to mention clean and tidy. I choose this hotel every time I visit Lanzhou.

This is an excellent hotel. It is located right on the Northwest Normal University Campus. It is easy to walk to any part of campus from the hotel. The hotel is also close to 金牛街 (Golden Cow Street), which has lots of shops and restaurants, and the Yellow River, which has nice walking and biking paths. The hotel is also just a 30min bus ride to parts of downtown Lanzhou using the BRT bus. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel room is comfortable, with good views from the window and soft beds. Each day the hotel provides 2 bottles of water and slippers to wear in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast area is also nice if you pay for it. They have local beef noodles, which are delicious!
