Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The room amenities are high-quality, and the large TV with a membership is a big plus. The bed is spacious, there's an enormous balcony, and a huge lawn. The location is superb, just a minute's walk to the beach, and you can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining the environment. The service is also good. Although breakfast is simple, it's still decent. Afternoon tea can be delivered to the beach, which is a great touch! 👍 There are a few minor downsides. Parking spaces are a bit limited, and while the pool water is clean, the chlorine smell is a bit strong, which slightly impacted the experience. This area could use some improvement in management.

Before check-in, a butler was already waiting to greet us. The room was spacious and the hygiene was impeccable, not to mention they proactively offered us two complimentary breakfasts. The main reason I'm writing this positive review is that at 2 AM, when I wanted to light mosquito coils but didn't have a lighter, the butler brought one to my room within ten minutes. This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋

I traveled with my best friend and stayed at the hotel for two days, so I wanted to write a proper review. We didn't do any research before choosing Xiangshui Bay; we just picked this hotel when we saw it. We drove there ourselves, which was convenient. The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the street, located in a villa area. The butler had informed us of our license plate number beforehand, as other cars aren't allowed in this area. Upon entering the villa area, I was struck by how large it was, but it felt a bit deserted. The check-in area wasn't what I expected. Having stayed at Raffles Hotel before, I assumed it would be similar, but there were only two young men there to greet us. However, I must say that the two men who greeted us were incredibly patient, and they should have upgraded my room for free—it was a whopping 500 square meters! After check-in, the butler took us to our room, and wow, it was huge! It took several minutes to get there in the sightseeing vehicle. Now, let's talk about the hotel itself. For this price, the room was excellent value. While the hotel facilities weren't particularly new, they were comprehensive and very comfortable. We had such a pleasant stay that we didn't want to leave. The butler was always available, which was wonderful. The hotel's public areas were a bit messy, perhaps due to the heavy rain, but the overall scenery was nice. I wasn't very satisfied with the food; breakfast wasn't a buffet. The hotel has its own restaurant, but it seemed rather empty. It's better to eat outside the hotel; the seafood restaurant across the street is particularly delicious, with great taste and reasonable prices. For those who prefer a quieter atmosphere, this is a great place. Renting a car would be more convenient, as it's quite far from the hotel. I would definitely bring friends here again next time. ✌️

The check-in and check-out procedures were completed in a few minutes. I asked about the surrounding attractions, parking, breakfast time and other issues, and explained them in detail, and gave suggestions on the route. There is a need for use of items in the middle, and the online feedback will be immediately responded to and solved. The warm and reliable service will praise the front desk pony. Perfect for moms with kids, there's a playground and free childcare service. Adults can relax in the tea room or unwind in the game room – truly a place where everyone can enjoy themselves. There are tons of activities nearby: 🐢 5 minutes to Lotte Homestay, where you can pet adorable tortoises! 🌴 20 minutes to the soothing Clearwater Bay beach 🎢 15 kilometers to R&F Ocean World The guesthouse is also incredibly attentive, with a dedicated butler who answers all your questions. Most importantly, it's pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends on vacation!

From your room, a shuttle bus takes you directly to the beach and the hotel's infinity pool, offering breathtaking views. Service: After booking, a butler will assist you, providing directions, parking, and other services. You can also call the butler upon departure to help with your luggage.
