Excellent
The room was very clean, and they even upgraded us for free when we checked in. It's right by the sea, a peaceful oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The hotel has its own pool with a great vibe. The only minor downside is that the location is a bit off the beaten path, and there aren't many takeout options nearby. However, if you rent a car, it's a non-issue as there are charging stations right outside – super convenient! The value for money is exceptional. Compared to the Sheraton we stayed at in Wanning, which was old and dirty, this place is an absolute paradise! The attention to detail is impressive, from mosquito repellent and essential oils to the daily thoughtful reminders from the butler. We stayed for 3 nights and even got airport drop-off service. It would be even more perfect if the breakfast menu could change a bit. If I go to Lingshui again, this hidden gem of a hotel will definitely be my first choice.

Excellent
Before check-in, a butler was already waiting to greet us. The room was spacious and the hygiene was impeccable, not to mention they proactively offered us two complimentary breakfasts. The main reason I'm writing this positive review is that at 2 AM, when I wanted to light mosquito coils but didn't have a lighter, the butler brought one to my room within ten minutes. This service is truly outstanding, making me feel that the money spent was absolutely worth it. Finally, when we left some clothes behind, they provided the quickest solution to get them back to us. 🥹💋

This was a team-building trip for 15 people. Considering that we had Hui friends who needed to cook, the owner was incredibly generous and hospitable in providing us with the kitchen. We had a wonderful two days there. The housekeeper was also very responsive and handled any needs promptly. Thumbs up! 👍 The owners were also very kind. They even picked longan fruit from their own backyard for us, creating a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation.

The hotel boasts a convenient location, and the receptionist, Xiaoyan, provided warm and attentive service. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a tranquil and comfortable environment. The hotel staff were especially welcoming and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service quality was excellent; every detail was handled meticulously, leaving a very positive impression. Highly recommended.

I have been to Hainan many times! This time I just wanted to relax and experience a very good homestay. Every day the guys arrived as promised and the service was very good! ! ! The room is big too! We originally planned to stay for one day, but ended up staying for three days. We bought some seafood and cooked it ourselves. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils! To be honest, I will come again next time~
