Hotel is near to the town centre but is at the top of a steep hill - difficult walk back. Food in the restaurant was ok but service was poor. You have to ask to have the room cleaned but they did not change the towels nor vacuum the carpet. All they seemed to do was to straighten the duvet and empty the bins. Very noisy hotel, not sure if the walls are thin but we were awoken often by noisy guests. Probably wouldn’t recommend or make a return visit.

Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Für uns zu ruhig. Modern jedoch fehlt jegliche Inspiration die Kunden wieder kommen zu lassen. Lounge Musik bißchen weniger Monotonie wäre hier sicherlich hilfreich.

Das Hotel ist schön, das Frühstück super und die Mitarbeiter auch nett!
Ich hatte eigentlich über Trip.com eine Suite gebucht, bei der Buchung ist aber wohl was schief gelaufen, beim Hotel ist nur ein Zimmer angekommen. Wir konnten vor Ort eine Lösung finden. Am besten vorher anrufen....
Die Sauna war allerdings schon um 20 Uhr aus und wurde trotz Nachfrage nicht wieder eingestellt, dass war sehr schade und auch nicht nachvollziehbar!

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer sehr schön. Aber leider Teppichböden in den Zimmern.
Der Wellnessbereich sehr großzügig.
Die Lage des Hotel sehr schön. Auf einem schönen Fußweg ist man schnell in der Stadt.
Es gibt auch rund ums Hotel Wanderwege.

All we can say is wonderful! We managed to book a really great deal (1 night at the hotel with breakfast, 2 days of Legoland park entry) for our family and the hotel was beyond great! The room (suite) was huge, really clean, quiet. The breakfast was nice, they even provided us with gluten-free bread for our son and they staff was really polite and helpful. We also tried the restaurant which was amazing: the soup tasted wonderful and the kids meal (fish with potatos) tasted amazing! Altogether: a perfect experience, can’t wait to go there again!

Struttura: Ottima struttura ampia fuori cittò, con ampio parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento, vicino allo stadio della squadra della città che milita in bundesliga. Soggiornato per andare a Legoland. Camera molto spaziosa e presenza di ogni servizio all'interno dell'hotel e delle camere. Molto pulite. Presenza cassaforte e minibar. Ottimo bagno ma mancanza del bidet. Presenza area SPA. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma anche in questo caso ( come in altri hotel della zona), si parla tedesco/inglese. Colazione: Ottima, ma non sono presenti i dispenser per le bevande. Dover toccare la bottiglia dell'acqua (e succhi) che toccano tutti prima di fare colazione, a mio avviso è poco igienico. Presenza di un ottimo ristorante che non ho provato.

Ich bewerte hier nur das Restaurant! Zum Hotel kann ich keine Meinung abgeben. Karte ausreichend, auch saisonale Gerichte. Qualität und Zubereitung in Ordnung bis gut. Das leidige Personalproblem scheint auch hier zum Tragen zu kommen: Kein Hallo, guten Tag oderähnliches. Beim Aufnehmen unserer Getränke und Speisen stoische Miene, kein Lächeln. .Nach recht kurzer Zeit kam eine junge Dame mit zwei Tellern, steht neben unserem Tisch ohne ein einziges Wort. Nachdem wir sie ansprachen, stellte sie wortlos beide Teller auf den Tisch und ging wieder. Der junge Mann, der abdeckte, machte einen professionellen Eindruck, allerdings hatte er ein extrem aufdringliches Rasierwasser. Wir vermuteten im ersten Moment, der Raum sei beduftet worden. Ähnliches mit der nachfolgenden Kollegin, die kassierte. Das Ambiente ist nach der Renovierung sehr ansprechend, Aussicht ist toll. Die Speisen kann ich empfehlen, am Service müsste nachgelegt werden.
