Serene place. Great place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room has stunning views of Kazbegi mountain. Breafast is execellent. Staffs were really helpful. Every area of the hotel is instagrammable.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location with stunning mountain views. There is a large terrace with seating where you can have a drink and take in the views. Plenty of seating and even games and table tennis to keep you amused. The food was of a good standard. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Bedroom was good - storage space was lacking - some shelves for example. This was our favourite hotel in Georgia.

Neat and clean hotel with amazing service . Katie at the reception with her million dollar smile makes all the guests at ease . Highly recommend this place if you happen to visit the very picturesque Kazbegi in Georgia.

Travelling around Georgia for a few days on my own, I found this hotel up the hill with a spectacular view towards the Kazbegi. I turned up spontaneously, and they gave me a good rate. I was expecting a Soviet style hotel, but instead, it was completely renovated and with great style. A couple of youngsters having made this a really hip place, good music, lots of stylish details. Pity only that I was the only guest for dinner, but the ladies were really nice and welcoming. Will return with family when we come to Georgia together.

Amazing location, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Amazinggggg Beautifullllll view. Room with balcony was worth it. Breakfast was really good. A perfect choice for those looking for a good stay and value for money. Car parking available. Would definitely stay there again :)

Hotel is quite new, perhaps 1 year. Modern designed its a nice building. View is absolutely great, direct view to the mountain kasbek, unbreathable… But - rooms are too small and to the toilet you have to „park in“, it’s so tight. Can’t understand that a new building is planned like this. The service - well, it’s a really young team but they have to learn. Hopefully they‘ll do. All the best!

Кроме того, что в номере нет холодильника, кроме того, что нет сплит системы (я понимаю, тут горы, но в номере нет возможности отрегулировать температуру под себя), кроме того, что тут очень точкие стены, куча молодёжи, которая не умеет себя вести, постоянно шумит...полным разочарованием для меня стало то, что когда все утихли, начала лаять собака, я пошёл закрыть окно, а ОНО УЖЕ ЗАКРЫТО, все окна люфтят, уплотнение держит нормально только одно окно. Никогда не писал отзывы такого рода, но не могу заснуть, может смогу спасти кому нибудь отдых.

Завтрак вообще не понравился.Пришли на завтрак за полтора часа до закрытия и вся еда была холодной,сухой,серой и безвкусной.Летали мухи над едой.Положила на тарелку всего понемногу чтобы попробовать и всё было отвратительно.Капучино не делают сказали после 12 часов дня.Когда обратились к администратору Кети,она нахамила.Также обещанный номер 25 кв м не оказался.Цена качество не соответствует.Желания вернутся однозначно Нет!
