"The hotel is a bit far from city center. However with train and bus we can still arrive arrive Bern center or Thun within 30 minutes.
The room we stayed faces to the East. It is actually a problem because when the sun rises, it shines and heats the window. At the early morning we keep hearing the popping noise on windows caused by thermal expansion and contraction and we cannot get any sleep.
Besides, I don't know if the bed linens were not clean or if overly harsh detergents were used. The next day, the areas of my limbs and torso that came into contact with the bed were very itchy."

"It was a pity that there was no air conditioning and only a long fan, but
the Swiss weather was cool, so it was nice to be able to sleep comfortably with the window slightly open!
I asked them to clean the room every time I left, and they did so nicely!
The front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean and cozy, so I would stay there again!
The tram from Bern Station is a bit far, but there is a coop right next door, and I bought food from the coop every evening. ㅎㅎ"

"The room is warmly furnished and well equipped, there is a warm light on the door, and then there are convenient hangers and tables that allow you to easily hand things in your hands, just like returning home!
Every furniture is placed very carefully, there are small snacks, candy and mineral water, the small restaurant can cook by itself, tools and seasonings are complete. The details of the careful layout are displayed everywhere, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Switzerland.
The self-check-in information is detailed and there is no trouble."

"The staff was very polite and willing to answer questions and taught me how to get to the city center by car,
Apartments are not far from the tourist area. If you take the car for about 6 minutes, the shift of the car is also very dense, but because the house is near the suburbs, it is inevitable that some small insects will enter the room because they are on the light."

"You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel."

"The room facilities are a bit shabby. The hotel has turned the sofa into a simple bed because we checked in late. I don't know if the air conditioner in the room was turned off near the vent, but there was still a buzzing sound. The front desk was nice and could store luggage. The hotel breakfast was not very good. The bus is quite convenient. Bus No. 9 goes directly to the city center, but there are many different routes on Bus No. 9, so it is easy to take the wrong bus."

"Excellent location just hop on a tram from Bern central station. Professional staff. Check-in was quick. Always here at the reception to assist guests. Common space at the first floor has everything you need. Microwave, paper cup, and utensils."
