"The hotel is decent. Would have been great if the room came with a mini fridge, slippers and bath robes as they do have swimming pool / sauna and jacuzzi. But all in all it’s a decent hotel for the price"

"Ideal location.
Welcoming and polite check in from members of staff. Didn't get chance to use resteraunt as we were in a hurry for an O2 Arena event.
Room was adequate for stay although shower head wouldn't stay in a fixed position, the toilet sprayed water at you when you flushed and it would have been nice to have a bin near kettle to put used tea bags etc in.
Checked around the room before leaving the following morning and found dog toys under the bed so obviously not cleaned properly before we arrived."
