"The first stop in the UK is not far from here to the Lake District. The hotel is very good, the room is quite big, the breakfast is quite rich It is a very cost-effective hotel in the UK. There are gas stations and supermarkets nearby."

"Stayed for 2 nights here, location is good, price is good and the rooms are clean and well laid out. Breakfast for a vegetarian is disappointing, the second day I didn’t even consider any of the cooked buffet food."

"No reception when I arrived. No answer on telephone either.Hustled 15 minutes to find keys on doors to get room myself. Reception opened only when restaurant opened."

"The sofa bed wasn’t made on arrival and had to call reception. It was late at night when we checked in and we had an early check out the following morning so wasn’t ideal. The man who came to do the bed seemed quite put out that he had to make the bed and barely spoke a word. After a very uncomfortable night sleep as the beds were not great we decided to cancel a future reservation we have with the hotel in August. On checking out heard a similar complaint from the person in front of us so seems we are not the only one not happy with the hotel."

"FREEZING COLD. Window don't shut. And they haven't even put a extra heater in the room to help. The window has clearly been like that for a while. SORT IT OUT. Thanks..I had an awful night sleep and feel I want my money back tbh.."

"New hotel in the center of Swindon, very convenient, there is already a bar opposite, there are many shopping malls on the street of the town, the hotel is clean, the receptionist is very polite, and I will choose again next time I go to this town."

"Beautiful and lovely surroundings. A lot to choose from for breakfast. Most of the staff are nice, but there is one guy who is not that nice very rude the way he talks and answering questions. There is two glass in the bathroom which is fine but if you request for a glass to drink in the room they will still bring you the same kind of glasses to you. I think they should have different shapes of glass for different purposes. Also some of their tea cups are too big and is not classy at all. "
