Booked two nights, disappointed. Most of the hotel was being renovated. #1 No breakfast even though it stated hot breakfast included. #2 while my room was ‘renovated’ it was falling apart. #3 no hot water in the shower. And #4 the drain to the shower did not work correctly… all in all a very bad selection for a stay. Choose something else, anything else.

Staff not willing to help in providing towels since room was not cleaned
Denied talking to manager. Later claimed that he is a manager and owner which lies.
Room was not cleaned even remind at front desk before leave hotel premises.
Hotel was on construction but did not mention on *******.
Hotel room is very small and not convenient

I will preface this by saying we were in town for one night for my grandfather's funeral. The hotel was closest to their home therefore the commute time was ideal. The hotel was 7nder renovations which we knew as well based on the reviews but not one outlet in the room worked. Also as we were leaving there was an older gentleman standing outside our door, my boys walked out first and he was looking in to see if there was anyone else and I came out, his eyes bulging as if he wasn't expecting me and I asked "Excuse me, can I help you" and he immediately rushed around the corner and into his room! I'm sorry but it's a no for me!
