位置很好，離步行街和大廣場都近。在俄羅斯一條街上，離馬克西姆也近，門前路邊停車，看運氣。酒店住宿環境不錯，房間也大（住的三人間），安靜，床睡着舒服，價格合適，值得推薦。

朋友一起搭班出門旅遊，從攜程網上找到這家賓館，地理位置優越，居於繁花鬧市區，出入有電梯，，對面就是綏芬河市最有名的俄式餐廳馬克西姆，太方便了

位置好，停車方便。雖然酒店沒有專用停車場，但是周邊停車位挺多。離馬克西姆西餐廳不遠，衚衕裏可以停車。如想入住，推薦選擇豪華標準間。不建議普通標準間，衞生間雖有浴缸，但國人通常用不上。我住的是907房，坐便蓋立不起來，男性小便時，需要一衹手扶着坐便蓋和坐便圈兒，否則會倒下來（😅捂臉）建議酒店整改。

又破又臟，價格180多，廁所都沒有捲紙，房間衹有快要爛得發黴的藍色老式拖鞋，櫃子是那種碰一下能掉下一塊板子，可以發出咯吱咯吱響聲，洗漱用品都是那種非常差牙刷，洗一下就像被針扎似的。要不是暴雨原因，我估計這個價位沒人願意入住。今天才看到想起來評論，本來拍好的視頻沒有保存下來，給你們一下這個門口。

預訂的三人間紗窗壞了，酒店主動給調了房間，結果因為沒有空調，房間熱的人無法入睡。酒店設施特別老舊。除了床單還乾淨，毫無其他可取之處，很不愉快的經歷。
