AAndriasOverall, it's okay, I will come here again if I'm on duty in Solo and the surrounding area, but the quality of service is not ”complete” maybe because it's still new and the management is semi ”PKL” gt.. the employee is student there this time, because it is a sm polytechnic.
What is disappointing is that the ointment is that I have a problem with the water in the morning, I got half of the shower suddenly dead water, which is fatal, I think it is necessary to be expected because I waited for the water to turn on until 1 hour in my body condition, still got soap that hasn't been flushed.
At night, the power was cut off and there was no generator yet ... waited for 1 hour and it turned on. Buy a generator.. ☺️

HHerminThe room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

GGuest UserThe room is not bad, the environment is also very good, elegant! Very suitable for a family to live for a while! The only downside is that it is on the side of the road, too noisy, motorcycles are available in the middle of the night!

YYekaI've stayed here 3 times, the view is comfortable, the staff are all friendly, especially when I need towels and tissues, the guy is very quick to respond, I like the service, I asked his name is Mas Tulus if I'm not mistaken, he's fat but he's quick when I request something like that... basically if there's something, I'll just look for the guy 😅, because if I bring my family, small children often need things so it's really complicated, the hotel is very comfortable, the view is nice, and it's close too

AAzkattadelicious breakfast there is sunsum porridge, white rice soup, fried rice, fried noodles, fruit, coffee, tea, all delicious, only the room and TV are still old-fashioned, the towels smell musty, the receptionist immediately replaced them, overall the hotel service is okay. Please improve the room and bathroom facilities such as soap, towels, hotel slippers are immediately provided before guests enter the hotel room.
