AAndriasOverall, it's okay, I will come here again if I'm on duty in Solo and the surrounding area, but the quality of service is not ”complete” maybe because it's still new and the management is semi ”PKL” gt.. the employee is student there this time, because it is a sm polytechnic.
What is disappointing is that the ointment is that I have a problem with the water in the morning, I got half of the shower suddenly dead water, which is fatal, I think it is necessary to be expected because I waited for the water to turn on until 1 hour in my body condition, still got soap that hasn't been flushed.
At night, the power was cut off and there was no generator yet ... waited for 1 hour and it turned on. Buy a generator.. ☺️

HHerminThe room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful.
But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available.
They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.

GGuest UserDuring our stay it was very crowded, the hotel was full, so we could hear people singing, talking, the bathroom lights were a bit dark, the room was clean and fragrant, the breakfast was plentiful with delicious taste, the receptionist service at the door in my opinion was lacking because they were only tasked with opening the door without offering assistance to hotel guests which I usually get in other hotels, just carrying one suitcase inside, even after we dropped off some items, the service at the reception was fast and friendly during check in and check out, the advantage is that the area around the hotel is really spoiled with various and delicious culinary delights at night.

AAzkattadelicious breakfast there is sunsum porridge, white rice soup, fried rice, fried noodles, fruit, coffee, tea, all delicious, only the room and TV are still old-fashioned, the towels smell musty, the receptionist immediately replaced them, overall the hotel service is okay. Please improve the room and bathroom facilities such as soap, towels, hotel slippers are immediately provided before guests enter the hotel room.
