居住體驗還是很舒適的 桌子很大 沙發很舒服 比較令人驚訝的是酒店給的四個枕頭是一個蕎麥皮一個棉的的搭配 能讓住客自取所需 這點要誇一下 酒店隔音挺好 邊上是工地和大馬路但基本是聽不見聲兒的 旁邊就是萬達廣場和夜市 白天外頭逛逛晚上在這兒散散步看看電影也不錯 作為選擇了錯峯出行地點的我們 這個酒店還是非常契合我們鬧中取靜的生活

位置很方便，房間很乾凈衞生，寬暢明亮，設施温馨智能。服務態度也好，還送了小零食，開始網上沒訂到雙人床，到了酒店剛好看到對面有雙人床房間，諮詢了前台小姐姐，很快就幫忙辦理了更換，房間裏還有個沙發床，很是驚喜，還送了早餐。所有的服務都很好。下次還會再來。

酒店本身硬件其實還可以，比較乾淨。優點：就萬達周邊來説這家地段很好，吃飯比較方便直接過條馬路。服務生們態度都不錯，對小童很友好，一進來就送小零食。硬傷一：停車場能橫七豎八停滿車子，住店客人晚上回來沒位子停，裏面要走的人車子動不出來，亂成一鍋粥，真是頭一回碰到！硬傷二：酒店一面對着萬達，一面對着大工地，受噪音影響。不過酒店貼心地準備了耳塞，如果對噪音不敏感的人無所謂，對安靜需求較高的慎選。

酒店地理位置不錯，對面有萬達廣場，吃喝買東西都很方便。打車去虞山，大約4公里。
行政雙卧套房，房型可以，適合家庭出遊。主卧的寫字枱和椅子，高度不匹配，大孩子身高1米8，坐着寫東西，需要彎腰。
據説這款房型全都是靠着馬路的，窗户關閉的情況下，在11樓聽到的聲音，請看視頻感受一下。酒店已經提前做了相關告知，商場活動基本也有時間段的，不會耽誤晚上休息。
房間與房間之間的隔音，才是最大的問題。入住第一晚，隔壁熊孩子在房間內奔跑且吵鬧聲，從11點開始持續不斷，凌晨一點都無法入睡，打電話到前台投訴。
值班工作人員的服務還是挺好的。馬上就上樓巡視，下樓打電話給客人。然而，熊孩子欠教育！一點半再打電話到前台投訴，吵鬧聲持續到凌晨2點！次日一看，一個房間，一位女士帶着三個女娃娃，小的估計還在幼兒園，半夜不睡覺的嘛？第二天一早，7點又開始跑酷，真是服了！
第二天的客房服務，打掃衞生不及時。上午9點半出門，下午15點半回房間，沒打掃。致電到前台，工作人員態度還是很耐心。15分鐘後，客房服務來了。
第二晚，隔壁退房了，終於安靜了！
套房入住3人，早餐衹有2份，領早餐券的時候，第一天贈送了一份，早餐無功無過。第二天再送，不要了。
總之，酒店設施有硬傷，客服工作也辛苦。小禮品就不必了。節假日4/30-5/2，2晚的房費1700+，不值得。

酒店設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，周圍環境很好，萬達廣場就在酒店對面，房間窗口就能看到，去飯店和購物太方便了，前台服務態度很好，給小朋友送了小童拖鞋和牙刷，一家三口之家選雙卧室太舒服了，房間大寬敞，下次來常熟還選萬達廣場H酒店。

房間乾淨衞生，這是我最看重的。設施也很完好，有停車場。服務員服務熱情。早餐也算豐富。因為就在萬達廣場對面，購物和吃飯很方便，衹是萬達那邊夜市晩上有一點吵鬧。

去爬虞山定的，開過去不遠，十分鐘以內。 對面是萬達。酒店性價比不錯，衹是臨時住一晚沒問題的，就是去的晚停車不太方便～ 別的都還可以

達不到4星級水準，除了對面有個萬達沒什麼亮點，電視網絡卡的不能在卡影音大床房一無適處，預訂時候説明要安靜的房間，結果安排在餐飲包房隔壁。虞山景色還是不錯。
