這家民宿性價比很高，將革命進行到底，最適合春秋季節，他家有個大院子，在院子裏吹吹涼風，太愜意啦。。。。。。

不錯的民宿，老闆也很熱情，我們是3號去，沒什麼人非常安靜，很適合度假休閑，總體感覺挺好的，忘記多拍點照片了。

外觀復古，靠近林屋洞，衞生設施還行。如果想看太湖的，就不要住這區域，林屋洞裏面也都是人為燈光，感覺不值那個票價。

1:衞生情況很差。是一間開了至少5年以上的酒店也沒有重新翻修，走進房間一股潮濕的黴味，洗手間和淋浴間嚇人程度你懂的。
2:房間很吵。這家民宿還經營餐廳和老年娛樂麻將。一樓有大面積的餐館包間和大廳桌位，大量麻將桌。但是有很多客房也在一樓。
3:應該是一個古名宅被承包下來，網上的很多評價不錯的圖不假，但是估計很多年前剛裝修的圖。
4:房間設施老舊，中央空調整晚滴水聲音非常吵，窗户也漏水。洗澡和洗手枱的水細小的可憐。洗澡就別想了…
5:房間沒有提供飲用水，要到老闆那去買，提供的一次性拖鞋薄如蟬翼，一穿就破。
6:早飯就白粥包子還每人限量。在某個一樓包間裏面吃，還要找老闆預訂座位和早飯。包間不大所有人擁擠在裏面又吵又臟。老闆態度還很差，沒有預訂座位的把客人趕來趕去。我聽見有人沒吃飽，老闆説份量一樣的。
勸退想預訂的，無與倫比的嚇人

這是我住過的性價比最好的民宿（沒有之一），規模大，設施全，老闆非常熱心且用心，飯菜可口，環境優美。下次再去西山島，必住林屋小築。
