One of the best hotels in Suzhou. We asked the staff if we could check in early and they allowed us to do so.
The staff members are very nice and they are helpful as well. The rooms are clean and smells good.
They also provided us with welcome drinks and fruits.

唯一一次入住超氣人的。叫前台推個行李車上來。準備退房。房間電話打不通。然後叫打掃衞生的通知一下。等了十五分鐘沒來。就手機打。前兩次沒人接。打通了説問一下。那好。繼續等。又等了十五分鐘。依然沒動靜。我又打了一下前台。估計不是同一個人接。又説問一下。又等了十五分鐘。實在等不及了。我們就自己搬行李了。真的很火。這種服務也是無語了。前台一直是1-2個人。看着也沒啥經驗的樣子。體驗感真得很差。

這家在活力島上面的酒店，真的好喜歡😘，特別是大陽台和大浴室🛀。服務也不錯，島上面的綠化在長好一點就更好了，不過在房間裏看夜景是真美，心情愉悦

看攜程上面這家酒店有個家庭大床房、一進房間震撼了，2米7的大床，價格也合理，兩個床中間毫無隔閡感，特別舒服，晚上沒有説翻身把寶寶吵醒，不知道是什麼床墊，比那種親子房好多了，很實用，還有個小意外（首飾盒）真是貼心，好想買個回家哈哈

蘇州活力島新開的一家五星級酒店，到陽澄湖也超級方便的，看着客房裡的佈置，標準着實不低，吃的喝的全免費，有種一價全含的感覺。還有這個神仙熨斗，超級好用啊，問了前台服務員，説是在國外定製進口來的，我的乖乖～太牛了。跟朋友約好，下個月去陽澄湖吃蟹的時候，還來住這家酒店。
