My room was comfortable and well-equipped for a short stay. There’s also an indoor swimming pool, laundry facilities, a mini-mart, and vending machines for added convenience. If you’re driving, the hotel offers parking and EV chargers. Overall, a great option for a short airport stay with excellent facilities—wish I had more time to enjoy them!"

"Very good experience with this hotel. We stayed here for our last 2 days in amsterdam, it was fabulous. The receptionist upgraded our room, the room is huge with all the necessary supplies, a bit of surprising that they do not provide toothbrush aset in the room, but you can easily request that from the reception. The breakfast selections are very rich, we enjoyed very much! Wide selections of drinks, cold food and hot food. Champaigne, coffee, tea, juice, milk, we tried everything and not one is disappointed! Many selections of bread, cheese and sauces. I'm hungry again by recalling Even provide honey comb! Not to mention, the cafe and restaurant staffs are all very friendly and happy. They offer free shuttle bus from/to Airport every 30minutes from 6am to midnight. You can take the free ride just by waiting at airport (hotel buses station) or the hotel lobby. I personally found this information on social media but not on the official sites, it would be better if they could include the instructions in the bookings or website. Also, the waiting time is not specific and constant, it would be better if you would do something about it. Oh! The shower gel and shampoo provided are very good! Nice scent with good texture. I would love to buy a set if they sell. Just the down side that the front reception do need some training on service consistency. 1. We politely asked about the spinning wheel when we check in at night(10pm), the first older male receptionist instructed us to come back tomorrow daytime to join for free. In the morning, the daytime female receptionist said we are only allowed to join the contest when we check-in. That's really disappointing and we thought, why would they lie to us? Probably they are not familiar with the service providing. 2. We found a brochure in the room, ”opt out for cleaning service for 5€ voucher”. Asked the receptionist about this on the next day, she immediately said that offer is no longer available. My partner said, ”we cancelled the cleaning service yesterday for this, why do you still put the brochure in the room if it is not available anymore?”. Then only she apologized and gave us a voucher. Thanks to that, we enjoyed a good fries from the Sports Bar with the voucher."

"The staff were really nice and the area was close to the tram and train so it was convenient. The bus system was really good too so transport was never an issue. Paid extra for the spa but it was a small fee to be able to use it for the whole trip. All in all, amazing hotel, really beautiful and clean. Would definitely reccommend!"

"Because we lost our passport, the hotel reception is very nice! They willing to help us pass the stored luggage to our arrange courier , would have been needing to take 14 hours flight if they didn’t help. Very appreciated for their service to hotel guests! The place is nice, across there is a cafe. Close to rai. Their service is excellent. Appreciated that for the last bit !"

"Location is good for us as it is close to business partner. Counter staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed for 4 nights and we love this place. Breakfast is the same everyday though, which can be improved if they were to at least alternate the breakfast menu. Housekeeping is decent, beds are comfy. Gym is spacious and well equipped. Overall a nice hotel which we recommend."

"Lovely day at the Spa. Enjoyed it. The massages were lovely and the Spa is great! Too bad you can't take your food outside on a cardboard plate or something like that when the weather is nice. Maybe something to think about. Hotel room and breakfast are good."

"Check-in took a long time. Do you think chatting with you is a good service? They kept asking a lot of nonsense and asked you to register before finally giving you the room card. The canal view in the room is nice, but the whole hotel uses a cooling system, which means it only has air conditioning. If you feel cold, you can ask the front desk for a heater... It's ridiculous. The shower water is not very strong. At this price, it's okay to see the view and check in (then just go to the first floor of the hotel to have a meal!) If you want to stay, I don't think it's necessary"

"WestCord Art has a stylish decor with very friendly staff. The room is accurate as described and very clean. Location is very convenient to go to train stations. It's close to Westergas Park which is a beautiful walk with really nice view, vibes and restaurants."

"-The hotel is located in a quiet area in a busy city, and there are buses to popular attractions at the door. -The first floor we stayed in was newly renovated, and the scenery was very pleasant. -The room and bathroom are large, with electronic toilets. Minor drawback: The hotel forgot to clean the room on the second day. Recommended!"

"This hotel is new and well-maintained. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes by tram from the train station and 30 minutes from the main museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there were a few minor issues. The door to our room was extremely heavy, making it difficult for some guests to open. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a cleaning sound during the night, which was disruptive to our sleep. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and I would recommend it to others."
