GGuest UserRecently stayed at the Lakeshore heights hotel, very good experience! Staffs were really friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel overall was super clean including the rooms. There were plenty of breakfast options and I really had a good time. Most definitely will visit and stay again!

EEVGENII TMEverything liked. The hotel is beautiful. Especially pleased to be close to the airport. There was a problem with the street taxi driver, he imposed himself, brought the wrong place, took the money and went. Tip: To drive only by car, order through the uber app.

I will like thank and Grateful for the Crowne plaza staff have taken care of my stay and need first of all I will like to thank for the service that they serve start from the reception here the name of the list (MASUM) (RAIHAN) (SADIK) (ZIHAD) (IMTIAZ) and the housekeeping (RASHED) always taken good care of my room and the security (SHOHAN) always help me with the uber and price for taken care of and one more security guard I never take him name but also help me with the uber once last person on the breakfast side (LIMON) doing at the eggs station always approach me and cook for me the Scramble egg that I like the most thank everyone in the team have done a good job

GGuest User落ち着いた感じの中規模の高級ホテル。周りは閑静な住宅街であるが歩いて10分弱でBanani Super Marketに行けるので便利。移動はほとんどPathaoを使用したが、入口にはガードマンが24時間体制で警備で送り迎えしてくれ安心して呼べる。（こちらの車はナンバーがアラビア数字でなくベンガル語なので判別つきにくい。）

DDR AZRASuite stay was comfortable, but fell short of expectations for the price. Appreciated the inclusion of a bathtub, but overall room features felt rather basic for a premium category.On a positive note, it was nice that the team accommodated our request for breakfast timing—though it’s based on request, not standard. A few thoughtful upgrades could make the experience more aligned with the price.

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The garden, swimming pool, and other outdoor areas are well maintained, making it nice for a walk, and the playground is great for kids—perfect for family travelers. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, some of the facilities felt a bit outdated, and there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, but I did see a cockroach in the breakfast area, which was disappointing. Overall, I understand that this is considered a good hotel by Bangladeshi standards, but from an international traveler's perspective, it's not quite perfect.
