Hotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨

This seaside resort villa experience in Lingshui was simply amazing and must be given a 5-point review! The villa is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the sea, adjacent to Boundary Island and Nanwan Monkey Island. The overall design of the villa is unique, tropical style courtyard, one household, each with its own characteristics, the park is lush with green plants, one step at a time, the sense of resort atmosphere directly pulled full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with oversized floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the garden and greenery. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The hygiene is impeccable, the room is neat and clean, spotless, the details are handled very well, you can see the staff's care. The service is even better, the staff registers breakfast time in advance The villa is fully equipped and high quality with a private pool in the courtyard The surroundings are beautiful and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, only accompanied by the sound of the waves and birdsong, which makes people thoroughly relax. Here, I really felt what is called the perfect seaside vacation experience, highly recommended to everyone!

I came to Lingshui for a babymoon and instantly fell in love with Raffles! The entire experience was perfect. The environment was comfortable, and the service was gentle and attentive. It's a true hidden gem for pregnant mothers looking to relax and unwind. The hotel's public areas exude an amazing ambiance, with lush Southeast Asian tropical garden scenery. The coconut groves are vibrant and flourishing, the grounds are clean and tranquil, and the greenery is artfully arranged. The pathways are flat and easy to walk, with no steep inclines, making them perfect for pregnant women to stroll, get some fresh air, and relax. Every photo taken here turns out beautifully. The room stay experience was superb. The room was spacious and airy, with soft, non-glaring natural light and a comfortable, uncrowded layout. The entire room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities were complete. It was quiet and not noisy, making it especially suitable for pregnant mothers to rest and recuperate peacefully and comfortably. The hotel's private beach was meticulously maintained, with fine, soft sand. It was uncrowded and wonderfully peaceful, with a gentle and comfortable sea breeze. A slow walk there is incredibly therapeutic for both mind and body. What touched me most was the hotel's thoughtful and personalized service, especially how attentive and friendly they were to pregnant guests! The staff were gentle and meticulous throughout, proactively checking on my physical condition, offering soothing services, and avoiding noisy or strenuous arrangements. The attention to detail was exceptional. Our dedicated butler had already arranged non-slip mats and pregnancy-friendly pillows in the room. They were always on call, patiently responding to all our needs, making everything so convenient and worry-free. The complimentary travel photography service was also fantastic. The photographer was incredibly gentle and considerate, slowing down the pace and guiding us throughout, avoiding harsh sunlight and uncomfortable poses. The candid shots were natural and beautiful, and the original photos had incredibly high quality, making it easy to capture stunning and gentle babymoon photos. Overall, the environment, facilities, and service were impeccable. The warm and thoughtful details made the stay truly healing. It's a high-quality hotel perfectly suited for a peaceful getaway.

Our first stop for the holiday was the Indigo Sanya Clearwater Bay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we even checked in, our butler, Summer, sent us an introduction to the hotel and recommendations for local food, which really built up our excitement. I have to give a huge shout-out to my butler! First, she upgraded our room, then, knowing I was on my period, she brought me brown sugar ginger tea. On our last night, she surprised me with cake and red wine. Oh my goodness, how can someone be so wonderful? My chat history with her is just full of 'thank yous' 🥹. The rafting was super fun, the pool was great for a dip, the gym was perfect for a run, and the public areas were beautiful for photos, no matter where you shot. Lying in bed and looking out at the sea was incredibly relaxing! Oh, and I also fell in love with the hotel's umbrellas – they're super cute. I asked for the purchase details and plan to have one shipped home.

I stayed here last year on June 22nd. It was a brand new hotel then, and while the hardware and facilities were indeed excellent, the service was noticeably lacking, leaving me with a mediocre impression. My son, however, couldn't stop thinking about Sanyue zheng, so at his strong insistence, I 'reluctantly' booked two nights again this year, just for him. The day before check-in (I missed the call) and on the day of arrival, the hotel called to confirm our arrival time, number of guests, room type, and to arrange a butler service beforehand. This time, our assigned butler, Tiantian, was incredibly attentive. She messaged us at noon (afternoon) and in the evening to inquire about our plans, needs, and to offer warm reminders. She was always responsive to our requests, incredibly quick, and had a wonderful attitude. My son absolutely adored Auntie Tiantian! Upon check-in, we received heart-shaped rabbit cookies, and upon check-out, we even got a heart-shaped rabbit plushie as a souvenir. This stay truly showed me that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to providing a great experience. The door from the G floor to the fountain, which was manual last year, is now a sensor door. The path to the go-karts, which was there last year, has been replaced with a newly built wooden boardwalk. New additions this year include a reptile park, a fun animal farm, equestrian activities, and a sports park – all things that weren't there last year. This gave us a different experience and kept things from feeling stale or boring. The sky glass pool is beautiful, and the scenery is fantastic. Two large screens on either side were showing the World Cup football matches, bringing joy to a dad who was 'reluctantly' accompanying his son for a swim. Before, I was hesitant to stay at Sanyue zheng again, but now I'm already looking forward to booking a full sea-view room and a family room for our next stay. On this Sanya trip, I chose three hotels: a 270-degree sea-view room, a villa with a pool, and the Sanyue zheng landscape two-bedroom suite. My son's favorite was still Sanyue zheng! A wonderful trip also requires an attentive butler. I even received a warm greeting from 'Tiantian' after landing in Shanghai. You were the most beautiful 'surprise' of my trip!

The room was absolutely fantastic! Our butler, Molly Wang, made sure our room was spotless and the view was incredible. We even got complimentary welcome fruit. **Cleanliness:** I'm not exaggerating when I say this place is much cleaner than many long-established hotels. I've stayed at countless hotels in Sanya, and truly new and clean ones are rare. This one is both new and impeccably clean. **Facilities:** The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and it goes until 10:30 AM, which is perfect for us night owls. **Service:** Everyone here is so enthusiastic! Especially the breakfast greeters who cheerfully say ”Good morning, enjoy your meal!” every day – hearing that first thing just brightens your whole day. Our butler was incredibly responsive and proactive with service. I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. It's so new with great facilities. I feel like I've been staying in subpar rooms for years, so used to older accommodations. This hotel was a truly unexpected delight! I'll definitely stay here again. Oh, and the toiletries smell amazing too! Plus, the paddleboards at the pool are free to use, which is super fun!

The room is very clean and spacious. It is close to the beach for watching the sunrise and catching the sea. It is about 100 meters to the beach. You can see monkeys on the roadside on the way to the homestay. You can eat at the homestay. The fried chicken and tomato scrambled eggs are very delicious. Seafood needs to be booked in advance with the boss, so I didn't eat seafood. The shrimp porridge for breakfast is very delicious. The store also provides tools for catching the sea.

First of all, a big thank you to the front desk agent, Yunni! I had a high-speed train to Meilan Airport at 3 PM on my check-out day, and I was wondering where to kill time after checking out. To my surprise, when Yunni learned about my dilemma, she proactively offered me a complimentary late check-out until 2 PM! What a pleasant surprise! Secondly, the hotel room was relatively new, the sea view room wasn't damp, and the breakfast had a good variety. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room is big, very clean and tidy, the boss is very enthusiastic, the environment is very good, there is a commercial street nearby, it is very convenient to eat and drink, it takes less than ten minutes to walk to the beach, and there is a swimming pool downstairs. This weather is very suitable for playing in the water. If I didn't have to go back to work, I would be reluctant to leave. Hahahaha. Not bad. Recommended

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.
