"Very friendly and responsive staff. Even we were late for checkin, the staffs are still able to cater my need throughout the process. It’s just they don’t have a hairdryer for us to use. Otherwise, they did quite a good job."

"Very beautiful house, complete facilities, there are large supermarkets nearby, I don't think it is a small town in the suburbs, but the starry sky at night is particularly charming, and it takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the pier, which is perfect for my trip. The landlord is very nice and the neighborhood is very friendly. I didn't know how to check in at the beginning. It was the handsome Australian guy who helped to contact the door. The original check-in message was sent by email. I didn't pay attention before departure. I couldn't log in to the mailbox in Australia. Later, I called pin no. and got the key smoothly. The next day we were allowed to check out late and put our luggage in front of the porch so that we could go to the beach in the morning and go back. It was so convenient for me who couldn't drive, thank you."

"The hotel is on the second floor, similar to a hotel apartment. Parking needs to be purchased at the front desk and parked on the 3rd or 4th floor. There are plenty of parking spaces. There is air conditioning and the temperature in winter is acceptable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around, but few nearby attractions."

"Nice hotel to stay in and the location is excellent as it is quite near plenty of shops and restaurants as well as bus stops and train station. Room amenities are okay, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea provided."

"The location is perfect, not far from the airport and the train station is right next to the hotel. Restaurants and shops are all nearby, that made the hotel very convenient. The room is ok. But they gave me a room for disabled that wasn't pleased me. There are many sockets which is good. However, there is no hair dryer or toaster, no cuttery as well. Can't have breakfast in the room. The bed is soft but very high, which puzzled me the logic with the disabled bathroom. And I found things (lube) under the bed on the last day which made me feel the room is not clean. There are no signs/password for the wifi, which I have to ask the manager at the sports br for it. It's a bit confusing that in trip email mentioned that I should pay at the hotel. But the manager said they don't accept cash. And they swipe the credit card for the security deposit only."

"Very comfortable place to stay. Downtown easily accessible by train and we never had to wait at the station which was amazing! Friendly and welcoming reception crew We arrived early and we were able to check in which we appreciated so much. Coffee in the lobby was delicious"

"The hotel is very close to the Hurstville subway station, with convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, but the sound insulation is not very good and it is a bit noisy. I fell asleep quickly because I was too tired from the flight. The hotel has its own restaurant, which has good Western-style simple meals, delicious taste and affordable price."
