房間有泥漿溫泉，但房間隔音需改善， 走廊有人經過都聽得好淸楚， 雖然我們住的分棟沒樓梯， 好在只是一樓， 自己還是能搬到行李，唯一美中不足， 不知是否入住時間比較晚（8點多近9時）， 分棟大堂（大廳）燈已全關， 工作人員態度也一般….. 門口有停車位十分方便， 整體滿意， 性價比高！

隔音有點差，停車方便，浴池很大，2個人泡不會擠，出水量大，溫度高，可以再自行加冷水調整，早餐是自助式的，東西很基本，吃粗飽

旅館工作人員不多，相對服務未必週全，早餐兩日都基本上是相同的、隔音較差，別的房間的開水聲，去水聲及談話都聽得到！

飯店的公共設施及餐廳供餐點部分都非常好，服務人員也很親切，但有1點讓我感覺需要改善那就是櫃檯服務人員只有一位明顯太少了。

位在關子嶺溫泉區，房間算大，但床單組感覺有點舊，廁所大間還不錯，房間內就有泥漿溫泉。整體沒有什麼太驚豔，就是個睡一晚，泡泡湯而已

Check-in 時遇到問題，櫃檯有耐心的幫我解決，其他服務人員也都很親切，大眾池泡得很舒服，我們是非假日來入住的。二人房的設施都還算不錯。
