Amazing view, clean room, but the amenities areas were too small and too crowded. The swimming pool area is not clean enough, many people ignored the sign and wore their shoes in, so the floor was dirty.

非常推薦有駕車家庭旅行來度假，至少選一天是面湖的，絕對是物超所值！愜意的陽台看著湖景，有機會還能看到如圖的日出，本次夜晚還有煙火表演，非常幸運！
值得一提的，在各地住過不下百家飯店的我，必須推薦一下這家飯店的早餐，這家絕對是前三的存在，真的是必要選項，整體挑高的環境跟食物的水平還有服務細節，都不在話下，還遇到廚師長過來問候關心，還有圖中拍到的魚湯泡飯及牛肉湯，這些台南有名的餐點都替客人想到，比起外面一般店面的用餐環境，真的是無比的落差，絕對值得來一趟！

飯店設施很多，特別是水上活動特別喜歡，立漿、獨木舟體驗超棒，房間很大很舒服，浴缸很大，沐浴露洗髮精是歐舒丹，4月連假還有煙火，唯一美中不足為電梯，高峰時段常須等待。

房間、設施、景緻、餐點均佳，晚上湖畔施放煙火，十分有趣。
但連假訂房將近客滿，還將湖畔空地出借其他團體舉辦活動，擁擠人潮、麥克風噪音，持續到夜間，翌日上午拆除帳篷鐵架發出聲響持續至10:30，房間隔音不好，打擾清靜，是入住期間唯一敗筆。

飯店很新，環境非常漂亮，有超級多的打卡點，不說了看照片！而且三樓的設計，可以滿足健身、SPA與小孩！另外要注意耗材類需要另外購買，建議可以自行攜帶！還有還有年節一定要來，因為可以看燈節！就在旁邊！喜歡遊艇的也一定要來玩下，絕對不會後悔，記得荷包要準備好就夠了！另外自助餐超級棒，不論早晚都很澎湃！選擇超級多，附近景點也不少！

自助式早餐豐富，牛肉湯很棒，設施一定的水準，對外的景觀很好，住房要選湖景房，可惜大廳及走廊間有黴味飯店大量以芳香劑掩蓋，感覺很嗆鼻
