Great
Qqiqi_xuYislot Hotel has its own private beach. There is also a separate swimming pool. The hotel environment is very good and the staff is friendly. The room was very comfortable, but unfortunately it was too hot that day at the Dead Sea. It was impossible to float at all during the day, so I rushed to experience it before breakfast the next morning. It feels really different
RRomanThe cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex
周周Breakfast is not suitable for Chinese taste, but you can experience the Dead Sea style and local food in Israel. There are many types of buffets. I am not very suitable as a northerner. Hehe
אאהרן הרמןDisappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The hotel feels very outdated. The room I stayed in had plain, poorly painted walls and overall looked quite old. The bed was especially uncomfortable—it was actually two single beds pushed together, and they kept shifting apart during the night.
The third floor, where my room was located, had a strong and unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke. The bathroom was also in need of serious renovation; everything felt worn and far from modern standards.
Given the condition of the facilities, the high price is definitely not justified. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.
GGuest UserLeonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip!
When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the ”wet trail” hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to ”Zohar Fortress.” What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.
GGuest User!!! We really enjoyed the two days at the hotel
!!!The service is kind and fast (a fault with the TV was fixed within 5 minutes...), the breakfasts are amazing with plenty of food and all the dishes are extremely delicious
.
The shower is not well built (the entire floor area is completely wet...) but the rest of the room is wonderful. The cultural evening (a performance by the ”Hebrew *****es” was extremely exciting (we danced until we were exhausted...), although the second evening was weak in comparison.
Kking25kingThe hotel is very close to the bus stop, there are shopping malls nearby, 5 minutes walk, life and shopping are very convenient! The hotel has its own beach and pool, perfect for soaking the hotel! The downside is that the room facilities are a bit old.
JJGSWe were staying in a standard room. Furniture are quite old. Resort in overall is nice. Breakfast was okay. The bar serves also food and the portions were quite big.
Parking is available and we had a stop over for Masada.
GGuest UserHotel facilities are good, belonging to the general star hotel, there is a pack of dead sea mud in the room, there is no private beach but close to the beach, walking about ** sea public beach about 5 to 10 minutes, parking at the hotel entrance But not much, stop at the open space outside the hotel, including breakfast and dinner, satisfactory food quality
