"Location is walk away to attractions, great restaurants, tours, and bus terminals. Further, the hotel is sparkling clean and reception attendants are accommodatijg and prompt in providing requests e.g. electric water heater."
"Excellent location of the hotel, the area is quiet and calm. The main attractions of the city are easily reached on foot. The hotel is worth its money."
"That was amazing experience.
We stayed with three families.
The room is spacious, my recommendation to take room with the balcony.
The service is my big pleasure and thank you for all your help.
The breakfast was a lot of options and delicious with accompany of piano.
Definitely will come back."

"Amazing new hotel in a beautiful location. It’s very close to the main attractions from Tbilisi and the street where the hotel is itself very nice. Also good that there’s a tour operator 5 min walk away which you can use to take any of the tours that are outside of Tbilisi. I would recommend this place with no issues at all"
"The place is pleasant and comfortable, very clean also . The personal that works at the hotel are very kind , friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient because is just a walking distance from everything, like restaurants, stores, bars and bank . I have enjoyed my stay and recommended to everyone. I will go back there next time I’m in Tbilisi Georgia."
"The location is good, built along the lake, the restaurant has a view but the service is a bit slack, the room is also a bit fancy, not like the quality of a star hotel"

"Отель отличный, расположен в 5 минутах от метро.
Из незначительных минусов - не было халатов, а также тот факт, что нам дали номер на 1-м этаже (2 фактический), тогда как на этапе бронирования в описании номера отображались фото с 3-го или 4-го этажей.
В остальном - один из лучших отелей в Тбилиси."
"Our favorite hotel in the center once. We stayed here for the first time. The location is excellent! The hotel has been booked for an improved room (by the photos of the one in which they usually lived), but the resepshne found that the photo does not match the room, as the photo is a higher category of the room by mistake. Dirty (in spots) carpets on the floor, walls also in black stripes from suitcases. Staff tried to help us and give us a room with more space and comfort. But there are the same problems listed above. Breakfasts are delicious. The next time we decided to look for an alternative."

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
GGuest UserApart from everything else, which was pretty good, big scocker was that museum suite with kitchen has no dishes, glasses, cutlery or cooking pans etc. why offer kitchen with all gadgets incl dish washer if you do not provide the essential items???
The kitchen is for show and not for use by residents
I still do not understand this.
Otherwise other toiletries etc were good. Breakfast was reasonable, but could be better. .
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserWonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations.
Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.
Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive.
Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.
But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!
GGuest UserI have only good things to say about this hotel, my only caveat being that (like most tourists) I used it mostly as a place to sleep.
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything in Tbilisi. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good, and is served till 11am which is handy if you've been out till late the night before. The vibe is fresh, with some bold design touches. Everyone at Reception was friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, with ample lighting. The bed was fine, and not too soft. There were two complimentary bottles of water, and they got replenished every day. I did have a problem with the quilt being too hot at night, but I have this problem with quilts in hotels generally (and I'm sure they'd have changed it if I had asked).
I stayed 4 nights and one of those happened to be my birthday. I obviously didn't mention it to anyone, but when I came back to the room that evening I found a complimentary slice of cake from the hotel, with 'Happy birthday' written in chocolate! I thought that was a lovely gesture.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserGreat Location.
Near a super Kebab takeaway Mr Schwarma.
Friendly staff spoke English.
Very Clean.
Good Buffet breakfast.
Arrive early or it gets cold.
Staff organised our Taxi.
Book taxi before Midnight or it is double price.
Beware of Pomegranate Juice vendors.
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE RIPOFF.
GGuest UserOverall, my stay at the Sheraton Hotel was very pleasant. The property is elegant, well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy—varied, fresh, and delicious, it's one of the hotel's strong points. The only downside: a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, which slightly detracted from the comfort. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
NNanhaibiandekafukaA cozy little hotel in the old town of Tbilisi. It is surrounded by residential buildings. The floors and walls are all made of marble, which has a long history. It's very close to Liberty Square and you can walk to various attractions in the city. The sanitation is relatively clean, and the aunt who does the sanitation is also very enthusiastic to say hello. The breakfast is rich and has local Georgian specialities, making it worth a stay for travelers.
