Hotels in Te Aro with Swimming Pools

the hotel and service are very good. location is convenient to almost everything in Wellington. We however had problem checking out when i was told to pay extra fee for accomodation despite trip.com already paid everything. i had to sort this out with trip.com and they dropped the charge.

No extra bed, breakfast is standard hotel buffet breakfast, milk coffee juice drink, fried egg bacon sausage grilled mushroom, fruit oatmeal bread chant, butter jam. That's it. The location is very close to the city center. You can drive to the museum and the seaside in 8 or 9 minutes. The front desk of the hotel is responsible for parking and picking up the car. It costs 30 yuan per day for parking, no extra tip is required.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

The sanitation is very good, the environment is very good, the service is good, the facilities are OK, and the hotel will be selected again next time. The food you eat is also delicious, especially the beef noodles! The hotel is good, there is a Yaohan on the side, there is a supermarket. You can walk to the famous San Francisco, the famous tourist attraction in Macau, which is about 10 minutes away. The family room is one big and one small and two beds. The room is relatively large. I like the position of the bay window. It is no problem to stay in the bed by the bed. Refrigerator snacks and drinks are free, and you can use the food and beverage coupons for self-service meals. You can make an appointment for self-service, otherwise there is no location. Next to the hotel is the new Yaohan companion, complete with cosmetics and valmont. The hotel is not far from the Ruins of St. Paul, the good physical advice is called a car to Mazu, all the way back to the St. Paul.

Always thoroughly enjoy my stay here. Very convenient, a step away from central Courtenay Place. Parking is convenient and easily accessed. Rooms are fully equipped with kitchenette that has its own dishwasher/cooktop/fridge etc. super comfy bed and nice little balcony. Really nice open plan bathroom/wet room and lighting is great for dolling up! It’s the PERFECT spot for a night out on the town. Always will be booking here for when I am needing to spend my night in Central Wellington for events. Christian H at the counter is a very nice and welcoming work colleague.
