"The decoration style is good, the front desk service is warm, the air conditioner does not heat, it may not be needed here. The TV can be screened, 2 kilometers to the beach, there is a breakfast shop at the door, and the network can be faster and more stable."
"During the weekdays it was a nice and calm stay. The room is great. Bed is comfortable and huge, the balcony is just lovely and the pool is great.
About the food... I would not say it is great at all, western options are just low quality and they even put ketchup on everything (?)
Coming from a country like Spain I don't think you are going to enjoy the food here at all. My personal recommendation is to get a taxi to Hoi An and ask for a Cao lầu in a street vendor, the quality will be awesome and for less than half of the price of a coffee in the hotel 😅
As mentioned, I enjoyed a lot reading and chilling by the pool during weekdays but, in the weekend the zone was pretty packed with kids and families and, although I like seeing them enjoying it, it is not a relaxing and calm experience at all. Consider that :)"

"I really liked this place!
A pleasant family host hotel; simple but cozy rooms, one so in general with a view to rural life (pictured)! But there is a nuance in the location of this hotel: it is very far from the main tourist sites and without transportation there is difficult and it is necessary to have at least a bike.
From the pluses: - in the morning the turkeys 😄 (but if anything, sound isolation is good)
- near the sea! (True, the shore is wild and not cleaned)
”There is everything like in the rest of Vietnam: local.restaurants, coffee shops, repairs, market - but with significantly lower prices than in the same Hoyana (up to 12km).
”Locals are not exhausted by tourists and warmly welcome you!
From the downsides: If you like the city and to twist - exactly not here.
- the cheapest rooms are better not to be considered at once.
I would like to return here! ... I wish the area to develop and the environmental attitude to the land!"
"The room is clean, but there is a separate cleaning fee. It's close to the fields, so many insects fly into the room and can sting you, making eating and drinking inconvenient."
"Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast. Was particularly good … location is a little far from Hoi An but, getting a grab is very easy.
The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking.
Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time."
"Great services and onsite amenities! Had my first time pickleball experience with a great coach, as well as a long due golf experience overseas. The golf course is amazing and I highly recommend it! Breakfast options are too much, in a great way of course! The restaurant within the ****** is great too, despite a bit pricy (make sure you register for the ****** membership upon your arrival at the hotel to get 10% off on F&B and most services. Location might not be super ideal if you prefer staying in the city to do loads of shopping. But for an exotic trip, it’s wonderful."
"Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us."
