The location of the hotel did not say, walking ten minutes past the Frankfurt exhibition, it was very close. There are many Chinese restaurants, shopping malls, and dm cosmetics supermarkets around, so you can meet your shopping needs by the way. Hygiene is very good, but the staff around the train station is more complicated, there are more black people, and paying more attention to safety is not a problem. The hotel is good, but the price tripled during the exhibition, so book in advance

The location is very good, the service at the store is very good, and the view is beautiful, including the square and the sea. Breakfast in the morning was rich. There are a few sessions worth recommending to friends.

The front desk staff is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Our room was so clean & creatively designed. My kids LOVED it! Area is super convenient, walkable to everywhere. I would probably stay here next time I visit as well

GGuest UserChosen it for its easy access to public transport from the railway station and on to the airport.
Generally, the location is not the best, but still is 15-20 minutes walk to centre. I liked the key-free access and the email response was almost instant on both times I emailed them!
On the negative side. Broken glass found in kitchen area and tables and shelves were really not cleaned properly. No cloth availability to clean by myself. I would expect more from a ”luxury” studio

DDeleleThe room is not big, but clean. The breakfast is rich. You can drink a pot of tea with peace of mind. The Greek food at the door is delicious. It's a pity that there is no free parking space. The transportation is convenient

ΓΓThe hotel is located in the most central location in Egnatia at the height of Aristotle. Nevertheless, it has very good sound insulation and sleeping is like sleeping in the countryside. Everything was at your feet. The room was suite 104. It was very comfortable, clean and modern, with a full minibar and lots of toiletries. I was given a 10 minute welcome massage as a gift which was amazing. Dimitris, who gave me the massage, showed me around the spa area, which I enjoyed, and suggested a facial treatment, which I did the next day and it really was amazing. Breakfast adequate. The staff is kind. My stay in Thessaloniki was made more beautiful by my stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserNice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers).
And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame.
It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient.
We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.

YYeyanmeihuaVery good hotel for the price/performance ratio. Although the old town of Thessaloniki is near the sea, there is no swimming beach. It is nice to have a swimming pool in a tourist hotel in summer. The breakfast is very rich. The front desk staff is very good. I don’t know how to check in because I booked a flight with SKY EXPREES. The beautiful woman at the front desk helped me print my boarding pass.

GGuest Userthe service was okay. the people working in the hotel very kind and helpful . But , the hotel needs restoration . looks quite old, and dark. some things are broken etc . i stayed in this hotel also 2013 ... now it lookes much older and not so well maintained .
Also the music in the breakfast room was too loud and not agreable stile for starting the day i would prefer something calmer . The breakfast was in general okay exept that i would prefer some more local , original Greek cheeses not these ordinary packed cheeses that are not Greek .
Althought this horel is in best area , very central and the working people are very kind it has a dark impression to me , i would prefer to lighten up a bit the colours in the corridors to lift up the spirit .
in the night there was also a lot of noise from some foreign customers and that was quite annoying .

AAishaI stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view.
There are lots of places to eat.
Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small
No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap.
Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

GGuest UserStaff were charming and helpful. I was in town for business. The hotel decor is very artistic with much emphasis on classic Greek style sculpture, including naked women mainly. Art is in the form of paintings and statues. One morning in the corridor outside my room I heard a dramatic lady very obviously having sex in loud Hollywood style in an adjacent room. Rooms are quiet and I never heard inappropriate noise from within my room. Searching hotel reviews, I found other reports of hotel guests hearing noisy females having intercourse. Guests I saw looked like pleasant average persons and couples to me. I guess lovers and honeymooners were the noise makers. I will stay at the hotel again if I visit Thessaloniki again. I like the smaller more intimate size of the boutique-like hotel. Many good restaurants are nearby.
