The room was great and had amazing views. There was very little to do in the area and it was a little secluded. If you want a staycation it is fine but if you like to go out and explore, not the best. The gym was nice and a lot better than expected. The breakfast on the other hand was horrible and they did not even provide coffee or tea.

This Hotel has the perfect location to go to the artificial beach! It is also beautiful to stroll alongside the river. Staff is very friendly and one person can speak good English. It is very clean and new. Breakfast is alright.

前台小魏和孫海霞服務很好，酒店入住環境也特別好，房間內的設施也非常齊全，寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。床上用品質量上乘，舒適的床墊讓我一覺睡到天亮。總之，這次住宿體驗讓我非常滿意，酒店的優質服務和貼心關懷讓我感受到了家的温暖。我相信，在這裏，不論是商務出行還是休閑度假，都能得到一次難忘的經歷。下次有機會再來，我還會選擇這家酒店。希望酒店能繼續保持高水平的服務，越來越好！

酒店整體感覺特別棒👍🏻
設施：特別新，保持很好。廚房衞生空間大，還是智能馬桶，物品準備齊全，應有盡有。刷卡進電梯，保證應有的安全。
衞生：很乾凈，進到房間裏有家的感覺，特別親切。每一處都一塵不染。
環境：周邊比較安靜，夜景很美，尤其是停車特別方便，車位充足。點外賣也很方便。
服務：態度和藹，大堂主動打招呼。需要服務，客房服務員很快就能給拿過來。

濱海如果不一定非得住五星級的于家堡洲際酒店的話，推薦來朱莉亞上課和聽音樂會性價比比較高的一家酒店-巨川遠聖，高鐵濱海站下車打車十幾分鍾就到，每次在攜程上訂酒店我都會先看一下好評率，這家好評率很高，酒店服務好，配套齊全，主要乾淨衞生，房間面積大，周邊去天津極地海洋館也不遠，很方便。每天早上有8點去朱莉亞的免費班車，主要是看海河真的太好看了。我特意要來一間樓層高的，今天沒套房了沒能免費升級套房，但是送了一份早餐，三樓有海鮮餐廳吃飯也比較方便，樓下也有超市，這價位也算值了。
酒店入住很舒適，周邊環境也特別好，前台服務人員小魏及海霞工作人員服務都特別好[微笑]

因為要在這附近晚上看藍眼淚，所以找了這附近的酒店。
感受：房間很新，設施都是大品牌，四個人預訂的兩室一廳一廚一衞，開放廚房，廚具很全！刀叉勺，盤子，碗杯子，各種鍋。還有些簡單的調料。非常好！電視很大，還有智能馬桶。全屋唯一缺點就是吹風機風太小了，應該配個徠芬吹風機。
服務：特別棒，這裏要特別感謝孫海霞，有求必應，因為四個人，衹有兩份早餐，海霞知道後送了我們兩份早餐，不管是酒店還是海霞，非常大氣！！還主動提醒我們被子如果不夠可以打前台給她要，因為一個床上通常都是一床被子，我們電話後不一會就送來了一床被子。另外我們四個人愛喝水，所以又多要了點水，不一會兒就送來了好幾瓶，太感謝了，響應速度很棒，來送水的阿姨也是面帶笑容，禮貌熱情，媽呀，真是讓我覺得驚喜的酒店，太開心了，環境好，人也好，下次還來你這裏住！！！！！！！！！！！！！圖五圖六是藍眼淚，你們這裡是我的幸運酒店呢！！比心！！

酒店給免費升級了套房，這家酒店在海河邊上，景觀很好。步行十幾分鍾可達天津茱莉亞音樂學院。套房裡還有廚房，有微波爐，蒸鍋，西門子冰箱什麼的，可簡單煮食。
