Greentree Eastern Hotel(Tianjin Airport Store)

The hotel stay was super frustrating. I just checked in at 12 o'clock in the morning. I booked on Ctrip for three days and went to the front desk of the hotel to help me check in. The lady at the front desk kept telling me that I booked for two days and I gave her the payment order. After seeing it, I was dragging my time over there. I was really tired. I wanted to check in early and go to bed early. I dragged you for half an hour. I checked in that night. I was too tired and didn’t check the sheets. The next morning it was past 6:00 I left the hotel at around 9pm and arrived at the hotel only to find blood on the hotel sheets. I was really convinced. I contacted their customer service manager and the manager came over and told me if I was on my menstrual period. I have been on my menstrual period for more than ten years. How could it be possible that I was on my menstrual period and still asked if the wound on my body was bleeding? I was really drunk and this is how I shirk responsibility? My whole body was fine and there were no wounds at all. I asked if I should take off my whole body to check you out. The three-day stay I booked was so bad that I asked her to refund me for one night and told me that it was impossible to encounter her in their hotel. In this situation, the blood on the sheets is obviously not my blood. I always sleep on the far right and left side without moving. Are you telling me that this blood is from me? It was really a terrible stay. It has never been worse. I suggest you check the hotel carefully when you check in. You are already tired when you are on a business trip. To encounter such a terrible thing, I am really speechless. The hotel's level of shirk of responsibility is really incredible.

We checked in in the middle of the night and the child was very sleepy. The front desk clerk asked her to fill out the form. She also took the wrong book and filled it out again. There were no toiletries in the room. I called the front desk twice to ask for them but they were not delivered. I asked for it again the next morning, but it was not delivered. I called the waiter in the corridor and no one responded. The toiletries were not delivered until we left the store. Will never choose Green Oriental Hotel for rest again.

房間垃圾沒收，通知服務員收掉，答應説收拾下，買完東西回來，垃圾還在桌子上。體驗感很不好…

房間乾淨，服務周到，早餐也很好。周邊環境豐富。

房間面積蠻大的，入住的是把邊的房間，空間更大一些。更安靜些。浴房和洗手間空間也都可以。地理位置就在奧萊對面，逛街方便。樓下商圈吃東西的店很多。房間裏有小度，語音智能很方便。

上次住的大床房的照片，雙床房跟這個差不多，服務熱情，停車方便，對面就是奧萊。房間裝了小度智能助手，很方便温馨。

桌子上面的燈容易撞頭，太矮了

酒店位置很好，附近餐飲娛樂配置很齊全，風景不錯，綜合來説性價比算高的了，個人覺得適合遊玩結束的最後一天居住，出門就有王府井奧萊購物品牌特別多是一個小鎮，往東走有各種各樣的美食~酒店還有機器人送餐和小度語音控制，孩子覺得很新鮮很好玩！
