I was deeply impressed by the hotel I stayed in this time, and I had mixed feelings. The employee taught him orally on the spot, but was unwilling to help the customer make noodles), the stir-fried dishes got cold and no one cared (the employee explained that the machine was broken), there was no fruit (the employee explained that radish and cucumber were fruits), and the quantity was small (the employee explained that there was only one yogurt left and no more, and only a small bowl of tofu pudding was provided every day, which was gone after it was eaten). In the guest rooms, some cleaning staff knocked on the door loudly, and the bed in the room I stayed in creaked, which affected my sleep. I hope the hotel will continue to improve and get better!

I really loved this hotel atmosphere and the location can’t be beaten. It’s in the heart of the Italian Style Town. You can walk to many sightseeing places and restaurants. The hotel upgraded my room and it was fantastic. The staff although couldn’t speak English was very nice and friendly. One of the front desk staff Jamie was extremely helpful and recommended lots of places for me. I felt very comfortable and welcomed at this hotel. When next I’m in Tianjin this will be my home.
