Flexstay Inn Ekoda

Tokyo|1.56km from Heisei Tsutsuji Park
When I opened the door, I was stunned: how small. But after checking around, I found that the facilities and equipment are very complete: there are air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, phone, hair dryer, kettle, even microwave oven, induction cooker, even pot, you can simply drop a meal. The garbage needs to be sorted into the garbage bag by yourself, and the next day you can get the trash can in the laundry room on the first floor to throw it away. The wardrobe has hangers, pajamas, and vacuum cleaners. It is not cleaned during the stay. If it is dirty, you can vacuum it yourself. In fact, I stayed for eight days and there was no dust. The bathroom and the bathroom are together. There are shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. The toilet seat is always hot, and there is constant electricity when you go out, which is very good. The sink is separate and has separate lighting. There are mini cabinets above and below, you can put something. And detergent and dishwashing foam, it's not too convenient. There are TV, air conditioning, lights remote control, wiring board, network cable and wifi router on the desk. The password is on the warm reminder sheet given by the waiter when checking in. The most intimate thing is: there is a blue bag with data cable and plug, which is great. The quilt was very thin. I arrived at 7 degrees at night. I was worried about the cold. The result was a duvet, covered with warmth and comfort. The pillow is also very tight duvet, very comfortable. The window may be because of safety considerations, the cockroach can be opened very small, the window glass is embossed, very beautiful. The disadvantage is that the curtains are not blackout cloth. My room is facing the east. I will be awakened by the sun in the morning (the sun is not strong, there is a little bit, after all, there are two layers of curtains). The second disadvantage is that it is too small and there is nothing wrong with it. But I heard from friends that the hotel rooms in the big cities of Japan are small. When I went there, it was the cherry blossom season. Next to the hotel, on the road opposite Musashi University, it was full of century-old cherry trees. The blooming was beautiful. Also encountered the election, the poster of this gentleman, at the entrance of Glaciertai subway station, where he occasionally bowed.

Tokyo Yoshimi home stay

A three-story B&B located in Nerima District. The environment is actually quite quiet. It is only a few minutes' walk from the nearest station, Nakamurabashi, and it is also very convenient to go directly to Ikebukuro. The room was very tidy and the heating worked very well. I stayed there in winter and it wasn't cold at all at night. The bathroom and toilet are shared and very clean, but it is best to bring your own towels. The B&B does not provide many toiletries. The boss is Chinese and very kind. He learned that I was traveling to Japan alone and wanted to study in Japan, so he chatted with me for a while. It snowed heavily in Tokyo on the last day. I checked out without bringing an umbrella. The boss even gave me an umbrella. Thank you very much😹

It is said that up to 7 people can stay, but the futon is three W and the sofa bed, so it is a premise that the 3 group will be the same. I have a little word of mouth and I have trouble making judgments, so I leave Merritt and Disadvantages. Merritt 1 ~2 minutes walk from Sakai Station Easy to understand location Convenience stores and restaurants The toilet is beautiful (ウォシュレット) Unmanned check-in & out Cheap for the same price for up to 7 people ・ Contact first が Minbo Intermediate のため 24 time to ask い combined わせ maybe ※ I have house dust allergies, but I don't have any allergies at all, so I seem to be cleaning well. Disadvantages ・ Fenglu の Equipment が Ancient い ・ Fenglu が Water Smelly い The futon is thin. I'm worried that the contact of the check-in method will not reach the day before When I contacted you, I received an email to unlock it, but all were English No air conditioning in the kitchen. Bedroom 2 Air conditioner 1 in the room, so the bran will open and sleep. ※ The sewage smell of the bath is relatively strong. It may be painful for people who have never lived in an old house. ※ ”The spring of the bed mat was painful and I couldn't sleep” on other word of mouth sites, and I was able to sleep well without worrying at all. ※ Maximum 13 ℃ Minimum 3 ℃ The temperature of the futon was a little cold even if it was heated. 【Equipment】 Dryer Shampoo rinse body soap Towels Washing machine (washing machine has り) Cold storage Microwave Electric kettle Mugs, glasses, dishes. The overall layout of the room is reasonable, with a slightly small atmosphere, suitable for couples or couples to live, the boss is super nice, hospitable, actively helping, and the feeling of being served is great. We both like it. The transportation is also very convenient. There are nearby The subway and the bus station are easy to go everywhere. There are small restaurants, small bars, and small parks around. It is very good. You can just go shopping when you are bored at night. It feels very good. Especially good location, I must recommend it to everyone.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓
Tokyo Wenjuan's Guesthouse

The room is really clean, as comfortable as home, and has floor-to-ceiling windows to ventilate the room every morning. The hostess is also very nice. She has studied in China before and can communicate in Chinese without any barriers. She even provides guests with travel routes. If you are coming to Tokyo for the first time and don’t speak Japanese, I highly recommend this B&B. . The B&B has a complete range of detergents and daily necessities. Although the bathroom is a public bathroom, it is very clean, so you can rest assured. It was a relatively perfect stay experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo. It is really cheap and very cost-effective.
