酒店細節真的很好，前台有各種洗護用品可以自取，甚至有護手霜，還有免費飲料提供，浴室乾濕分離，唯一美中不足是房間有點小。

總體方方面面都還可以，我住的房間，因為酒店樓下是餐廳，所以因為排煙問題，我的房間裡面都是廚房後廚的煙味，薰的根本睡不著覺。後來值夜班的日本小姑娘上來，發現確實煙味很大，但是入住那天房間滿了，就只能這樣了，答應第二天幫我換房間。因為第二天開始樓下的餐廳因為新年休假了，所以廚房不工作，味道也就沒了，我也就沒換。
讓我稍微無語的是酒店值夜班的一個小哥，看樣子有點像南亞人或者是東南亞人（肯定不是泰國或者周邊國家的），英文不算流利，我稍微說快了，他就一臉懵，懵就愣愣的，也不說繼續溝通、也不說想辦法理解我說的，就愣愣的。因為去日本就是為了買東西和去迪士尼一類的樂園，所以買了超級多的東西，酒店還幫我代收了我從京都郵寄的幾個大箱子。早晨的航班飛回泰國，所以我訂了凌晨三點過來酒店送機的車，凌晨三點下樓去，說我要拿幫忙代收的行李，南亞值班小哥竟然跟我說現在這個時間拿不了，因為員工都睡覺了，我真無語了，東西就放在reception旁邊的員工用房間裡，我說我現在是要去趕飛機，我現在要走，什麼叫拿不了了？？？這才給我拿出來。借了個酒店的小平板車，真的超級小、超級小，小到取快遞都嫌小的那種質量還不太好的車，我有九件大行李，我就這麼一個人從酒店前台然後坐了好多次電梯，把我這兩百多斤的東西搬樓下去了，工作人員看見了，連客氣都沒客氣一下問一句需要幫忙嗎都沒有

Small hotel in very nice location. Quiet and cozy with breakfast. Lots of good bakeries and cafes nearby. Ebisu train station a quick walk. Very convenient.

Ebisu is a great location and the Ebisu station was great to get around. The property was beautiful with a modern Parisian feel. The room we were in was small, as per Tokyo - however the bathroom was awesome - great sized bath with a waterfall shower!

Our whole stay here could be summarized as one word Amazing! From the day we checked in until the day we left every staff member was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet. Great location to JR and metro train stations. The complimentary breakfast was also a great touch! Would highly recommend!
