It is near to shin okubo station but the room i will say it is really compact and small.For those claustrophobic didnt suggest to book this hotel.Otherwise all okay and great

Hotel is very near JR station. Hotel will provide door password one day before check-in. It is clear instruction. Room is clean except floor.
There is strange requests on the day. Hotel informs me that he will enter the room for checking Wi-Fi and I cannot reject. But they promise to take video to let me know what they do in the room. Finally they send the video and photo via email.

The sound insulation is not very good, but the price is cheap. The shower room is very small, so you may hit your head when you get up from the attic. Only one suitcase can be opened at a time in the entire space.
You have to take the stairs to the second floor, so be careful if you have luggage.

Closer to Shin-Okubo Station than I expected
Traveling with a suitcase was not difficult either.
The room was small, but we were aware of it so it wasn't a problem.
I laughed out loud at how small the shower was.
I knew this because I knew about it through word of mouth.
I can clearly hear people talking and coughing from the next room.
I woke up around 1 a.m. to loud voices.
