Overall, reasonable hotel. I went to check in at 3pm but the actual check in time was 10pm, which was a bit strange. Bed is very comfortable. Clean environnement with good service. The rooms isn’t too small. But the bathroom just has a shower. The walls are very thin and it’s easy to hear those around you. The staff was friendly and allowed me to store my bags which I waited. Extra towels are provided and all cleaning necessities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc)

There are a shallow business hotel and the minimum necessary equipment. The microwave oven is good, but it is contracted to be troubled by securing the work space because it is taken the space of the desk. Check-in is also performed on a dedicated machine, so there will be no exchange with the front desk except when there is a business. Comfortable hotel for directions that do not require extra service. It is better to estimate about ５ Kanda kashiiwamoto Cho walk.

The hotel location is right on Nihonbashi (日本橋, Japan Bridge) next to Coredo 室町 1/2/3 and Coredo Terrace where it embraces the high-life style living concept here like famous bookstore, Toho movie theatre, cuisine places, large-scale department store Mitsukoshi. There are various types of Japanese, Western, and Chinese F&B restaurants here, ranging from casual spots to formal cuisine and you can find any type of foods you like here and give it a try if you are food lover. And it is also easily accessible to underground metro. The hotel got public bath and guest are allowed to access free of charge but I much more prefer real onsen.

Although the room is small, the layout is reasonable, so it is very comfortable to live in. It is very close to Kanda Station and has convenient transportation. It is very convenient to eat around.

For various reasons we had to extend our stay by another night and were pleased to do so. It allowed us to experience K’shiki restaurant as well as Tapas Molecular Bar which we were already booked into. Osamu Okazaki ensured that our check in went extremely smoothly and offered services which made us feel very welcomed. He really did relieve the stress that had been caused by the day’s events. The room was magnificent and allowed us to totally unwind. The hotel is close enough to places of interest to fill your time if needs be. The restaurants were exceptional. K’shiki with it’s vague nod towards italian cuisine was exceptional. We chose Chef’s Dinner Menu and each course was interesting and surprising. Service was exceptional. Tapas Molecular Bar is one of those restaurants which is really special in the world. It’s hard to write a review without ruining the surprises. Suffice to say with only seating for eight you really do need to consider your reservation well in advance. Chef Kento Ushikubo is as talented as it gets. His food is intense in taste, creative and in many cases just baffling. He could almost be a member of the Magic Circle with the illusions he creates. One of the most thoughtful and considerate people I have met, and meet him you do because he is with you preparing everything throughout the meal, you just wanted to applaud with a standing ovation at the end. He made it particularly special for our wedding anniversaries and I can’t say how because it would spoil another illusion. I was just staggered that with all our experience of eating throughout the world we were introduced to new experiences. Spoiler alert; I cannot believe his ‘powdered ice cream’ has not been ‘borrowed’ by other chefs. Sadly, unless we manage to return, some of those experiences will be a once in a lifetime event. I had a remarkable stay in this hotel. Friendly & professional service from the staff. The hotel facilities are modern and hygienically satisfying to utilize, it is certainly a welcoming and comfortable accommodation at an affordable fee. However, it would be outstanding to have functioning windows.

We got to the hotel a bit early, so concierge/clerk Ms Morita checked our luggage into the secure storage rrom while we explored the area a bit. We'd been in Tokyo at another hotel a week prior, and it was our 3rd trip to Japan, so not newbies. There is a station on the Sobu Line imediately around the corner, and the JR Kanda station on the Yamanote line is only a 10 minute walk away. Tokyo station is a brisk 20 minute walk (take the Sobu line). The hotel is well maintained, extremely clean and fresh, and both elevators come quickly. There are tall buildings all around, so the view lower down isn't great, but you wanted to wave to a neighbour across the street in the office tower you could do so easily. There is an artifical onsen on the 2nd floor, which is a MUST for the weary traveler. Same rules apply, shower/bathe first, men and women are separate, no tattoos, and take your room towels down with you or ask for extras at the front. Nearly everyone going to the onsen wore the hotel pajamas and slippers. There's a locker with key for all patrons, no extra fee. Upon checkout we had to store our luggage again as our flight wasn't leaving until evening, and again Morita-san stored our luggage. She also helped me send our pocket-wifi units back to the rental agency as we'd lost the return envelopes. They can ship by Yamato or JPS from the front desk. Morita-san's English is superb, she joked with us and made us feel very welcome. Easily the gem of the trip and we'll be returning here when we come back to Japan.

We stayed in this hotel in October 2019 for our wedding trip. All in all, the rooms are quite spacious: there are two quite large beds (but you want to sleep comfortable in two in one bed) while the bathroom offers everything necessary between bathroom shampoo, shampoo, snack, hairdryer etc. In the room there is also a tea boiler and several infusions. In the hotel hall there is also a (American) coffee machine available to customers and, in the lower floors, a washing machine and an onsen (always free for customers). Breakfast is both Japanese and Western style, so everyone is satisfied. The staff is really very friendly and cleaning in all environments is inconvenient. The location is a very quiet point, but I think it is the position: a few minutes walk from the metro and, even though it is almost near the Tokyo Dome, the area is very quiet. I mean, I have been very prompted.

It was my seconc stay in Hotel Mystays , the first one was in Kamata last 2018 and the 2nd one was in Kanda at it was always been a great stay. Staffs are polite, the room is always clean and they always do makeup room everyday. I can say Kanda is one of the best location ever for it will only 7 to 10 mins walk from Kanda station. And the location is surrounded by convenient stores and restaurants. I will come back again.
