It was a great pleasure to stay in Nogha Hotel, the location is excellent with just about 10 min walk from Ueno JR. The information desk is helpful in advising us to take the elevator near exit 2 so we did not need to carry the luggages up the stairs. The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The most attractive part of the room is the B&O Bluetooth speaker. There are many restaurants around the hotel which we can find many delicious choices.

It’s just wonderful to stay in ascott. It is just opposite to otemachi station (find exit C9). Best of all, it has a 24 hour gym, suitable for gym goers / and more importantly business travel.
The room is bigger than most ordinary rooms in Tokyo, with art of state facilities. The staff here are attention, and helpful.
Do consider if you have the extra budget 😊

An exclusive sanctuary high above Japans cosmopolitan capital Aman Tokyo is Amans first urban concept hotel situated adjacent to the Otemachi Forest. Offering birds eye views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and surrounding Tokyo landmarks the hotel features a serene Aman Spa and a peaceful inner garden. Surrounded by engawa a wooden feature dividing the inside and out the soaring lobby rises nearly 30 metres.
Aman Tokyo is a monument to the modern-day Japanese capital - a place where urban dynamism is tempered with serenity.
Perched above the Tokyo skyline the private dining room and boardroom are perfect for both on- and off-duty occasions.

Aman Tokyo sets a new standard for exceptional hard products. Despite a mishap on our first night when we returned from dinner to find our room uncleaned, the front desk manager promptly apologized and offered complimentary drinks. The head of housekeeping also personally apologized at breakfast and showered us with thoughtful gestures like a fruit platter and free laundry. Subsequently, our stay was faultless. Aman Tokyo also boasts stunning design and architecture and a strategic location near Otemachi station, Tokyo station, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza. Its awe-inspiring atrium leaves a lasting impression. The generously sized rooms, starting at 70 square meters, feature high ceilings throughout, with unforgettable views of the imperial gardens from the bed. Even the retractable TV showcases its thoughtful design, providing guests with an unobstructed view of the Tokyo skyline. The hotel's farewell was equally remarkable. Providing a complimentary hotel car transfer to Tokyo station, while being escorted by another staff member who went the extra mile to purchase our tickets, carry our luggage to the platform, store our luggage on the train and brought us to our seats. Undoubtedly, this luxury at Aman Tokyo comes at a price. However, delivers the sought-after wow factor for which its rates command. After all, Tokyo is one of the most expensive cities in the world. From the grand lobby to the inviting pool and spacious rooms, the hotel impresses on many levels. Managing expectations is, however, key. It would be unrealistic to expect the usual Aman-type of service commonly associated with their other properties whose room counts are a lot smaller. While the initial mishap was regrettable, the subsequent personalized attention and meticulous service surpassed expectations for a city hotel with 80 rooms. Whether this was due to the initial mishap or reflective of their usual standards remains unknown, warranting another stay on my next visit to Tokyo.

Very comfortable stay. Love the location - near a train station and walkable to Ginza area and Tokyo train station. Quiet, not so bustling like shibuya or Shinjuku which we enjoyed!
Room was clean and comfortable. Even had washer & dryer where soap is auto dispensed!
Service was great, they helped us with storing our luggage as we were returning to the hotel later part of our trip, provided extra pillows upon request etc etc, just a really friendly and helpful bunch!
When we returned for our second half of our trip, they gave us a bigger and nice corner room!

Superb in all departments. Exceptionally clean and service from all staff members felt very special indeed. Tepanyaki chef prepared and unforgettable meal experience and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Beautiful view from the Room, with Mount Fuji visible on clear days.

The hotel is near Chiyoda City which is a nice park. Shimbashi station is a 5min walk away. Rooms are clean but a bit small (normal for Tokyo). Service is good. Breakfast is good.
They don't have a concierge despite trip.com saying they do. Not sure if that is a mistake on their part or on trip.com.
The place has a gym which is open 24/7. I didn't use it but it was good to have the option.
There is also a smoking room and a bar.
Overall, a 5/5 stay for a 3 star hotel.

New, modern, eco friendly hotel with great amenities: fitness center and public bath nearly empty whenever I used it. The comfortable, 24 hr lounge room with Nespresso machine, water, and ice- good place for lounging. Always welcoming 24/7 staff who can speak English. Walking distance to Tsukiji market and the train stations. Our hotel room was efficiently designed- the pocket door separates the bedroom from the front door and “open bathroom” space. The shower felt spacious and luxurious. We did use the dryer- what a bonus to have in the room! We chose the hotel for the location and price- and we’re really glad we stayed there for our entire Tokyo trip!

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The location is very good and close to the Shinjuku JR Station, just 10 minutes walk.
I rented a car for this trip in Toyko from the Toyota Rent Car in which the car renting Shinjuku shop is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The staff of the hotel are very efficient and helpful. Check in and check out are quick and no need to wait. The room space of the hotel room is much bigger than the normal hotel rooms in Toyko.
This hotel is value for money and I shall chooae this hotel in next visit to Tokyo.

We’re a family of 4, staying 9 nights at the Pullman Tamachi in 2 adjoining rooms. Our experience of the hotel and in particular staff was exceptional. We were generously granted early check in and a very late check out (possibly helped by my Diamond All.Accor status) which made our day of arrival and departure that more easy to manage. Thank you Jakapun (Director of rooms) The rooms were generous in size, very well appointed and laid out. The breakfast in the main restaurant was great with a nice variety of options. Staff were attentive and food was replenished as needed. The location was perfect for us, metres from the main train line linking the busiest stations, yet far way from the hustle to offer a much-needed sanctuary, highlighted by the roof top garden, terrace and executive lounge. Biggest praise goes to the staff of the executive lounge, led by Jordan and Masa and their great support staff. I have yet to see staff anywhere in the world offer the levels of service they all provided during our stay. From asking questions about what we like and had in mind, to offering options, making reservations and sending frequent emails with listed itinerary and instructions, they made our experience in Tokyo a memorable one for my family. Their attention to detail, enthusiasm and pleasure in hearing we had a great day based on their recommendations, made the difference. The hotel is very fortunate to have staff like you all. My family and I truly thank you for your exceptional service and memorable holiday experience. Looking forward to returning in the near future.

GGuest User2024.01.06
Hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are big by Tokyo standards. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the JR and the famous Shibuya Scramble, and about 4 minutes from the nearest exit / entrance to the subway. Rooms are beautifully decorated and the in house restaurant has a beautiful outdoor area as well. A little bit on the pricey side but worth it if you want a bit of luxury while in Japan.

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.
MMs ChenVery quite while convenient location near Shinjuku JR station, the express bus station (高速巴士站「新宿巴士總站」) and nearby shopping malls (i.e. LUMINE, Time Squares, Takashimaya/「新宿高島屋」)etc. It also within walking distance to some beautiful sites, including Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (「新宿御苑」)、Meiji Jingu (「****」).
I travelled to Kawaguchiko Station (「河口湖站」/ 富士山區) with express bus from Shinjuku during my last stay in Tokyo, which is even faster than JR., definitely convenient location to be recommended for those who would like to visit Fuji Mountain area.
GGuest UserRecently did a one night stay here with my family. Our friends all booked the hotel beside this one but we decided to give this hotel a try instead due to good review from other travellers.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Asked for the highest floor with sunrise view as advised by other travellers but was given lower floor with fully blocked view. Asked the reception but was being told that it was the highest floor (we saw other travellers going above us and lift literally shows higher floors. We were being told that all views are blocked in this hotel and its impossible to see the sunrise. But saw neighbour's room with total unblocked views.
The lady at recep lied straight to us...
CCheeying3rd time staying at Keio due to the spacious room size, 1st time staying at the newer rooms in South Tower. Cleaning standard of the rooms were not as good as the main tower’s rooms. Greeted by a strong urine stench when the toilet door was opened, I’m a female w long hair. No idea why there was a short hair in the fridge since we checked in, it wasn’t removed till we checked out. Thick layer of dust was accumulated at the side of the fridge, visible amount of dust were also found around the room. From the lamp tops to the side of the walls. Housekeeping team in this tower is rly lacking as this dust remained till the end of our stay.
Apart from cleanliness, location of the hotel; amenities are great as usual. Another perk wld be the airport limousine bus to Narita/ Haneda(:
GGuest UserI stayed in a room with a train simulator, which was happy for rail fans. The ”train simulator real thing” used for the crew training of TOBU railway is installed in the room. The guests can use it freely from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day. The real feeling that can manipulate the real thing was amazing and I operated it at night and spared my sleep. This room has only one room, one night, one person with breakfast, and 20000 yen. On the way back, you can get a T-shirt printed on the face of the TOBU train as a souvenir.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and the service provided by the hotel staff is excellent. The Hotel is just across the JR Akihabara station. If you want to go to hotel use the Central Gate exit to your right side and cross the road you will reach the hotel. The rooms was small but for me & family it was good enough.I will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Tokyo. From this hotel you can go anywhere in Akihabra area & Tokyo area.
AAnonymous Useri booked the triple room as it was the only room left. there was space for only 1 large luggage - the room was a little old but bed and duvet surprisingly comfy. onsen was small so it got a little crowded as the hotel was full that night. location was great - tho the nearest ikebukuro stn exit with lift, C9 (vs 20b), is a little further from the station. excellent authentic chinese food nearby (豪妈 on google maps), and a family mart just across the street. great hotel!
GGuest UserAlthough breakfast is free, the ingredients are very good, broccoli, blueberries, etc. are served almost every day, and soup containing mushrooms of water-soluble dietary fiber, I also liked Japanese avocado and chicken. Carrots and seafood carpaccio were also delicious. I think it's included in the room rate, but it was a very healthy breakfast compared to the Richmond I used to use so far. As for the room, it's a business hotel, so can't it be helped? If you dare to say it, I would like you to light up the corridor and the elevator hall on the first floor every morning. The staff were also polite and nothing happened during my stay. If you have a large suitcase, it is easier to get to the hotel by using the elevator that is only on the Asakusa Line side of the metropolitan government. There is only a long staircase at the 4 exit next to the hotel, so it is difficult to go up the stairs with luggage. On rainy days, it is better to walk underground to the hotel. It was a terminal station that was easy to use because there was a 2 station on the JR Sobu Line to Tokyo Station and a 2 line on the Asakusa Line to Narita Airport.
