"This hotel provides a solid airport hotel experience with fast, automated check in & check out, efficient lifts, polished interiors, extremely comfortable beds, great room design that makes the best use of the space, modern bathroom and perfectly sized bathtub (and washlet on the toilet), some rooms also give wonderful views of the Tokyo skyline if the air is clear. The one drawback is that, despite the good soundproofing from aircraft sounds and other guests, there was an incessant stream of noise from the bathroom that could not be stopped (and closing the bathroom door did not dampen it). To get to sleep I had to wear noise cancellation headphones which was a bit uncomfortable and not ideal."

"The facility and room themselves were fine. 10-15 minute walk to train stations. BUT, you cannot control the temperature in your room and are subject to whatever temp the hotel thinks is appropriate. In our case, it was 25 degrees Celsius (78 degrees fahrenheit) in October... no air flow, no windows that open, and it was SWELTERING. They brought us a fan, but there was no where for the hot air to go. It was so bad we opted to eat the cost, left after the first night and got a different hotel for the remainder of our stay."

"The hotel was 10 min walk from the Subway which is very convenient. There was also a lot of shopping and eatery around the hotel. There was even washing machine, dryer and Ice machine in the hotel!! The other good about the hotel is that the airport bus stop directly infront of the hotel. The only improvement I will like to see is having a gym. Thanks Trip"

"The room was quite spacious, and we found our 4-night stay very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable, not one of those overly soft types. The location was excellent, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven stores conveniently located nearby. In fact, there's a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor of the hotel – it couldn't be more convenient! The hotel is very close to the subway station. You can easily walk to Shinjuku to catch a train, or take one from Tochomae Station. The hotel had quite a few international guests, and we were pleased to find a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk. The daily housekeeping was excellent, ensuring a very clean, pleasant, and comfortable stay."

"I booked 2 separate bookings cause we traveled to hokkaido in the middle. Once I got back and checkin again the hotel already prepared the room and move my baggage to the new room already. Love the service and the location. This was my 6th time with the hotel. Still love it."

"The value for money here is excellent. At just over 1,000 [currency implied], getting three beds for three people was incredibly cost-effective. The room wasn't large, but it wasn't small either; it was perfectly adequate and standard.
The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The parking lot is very large with plenty of spaces, and parking fees are cheap. There are many dining options nearby, and there's even a Lawson convenience store right in the hotel.
However, the staff at the self-service check-in counter were rather cold and indifferent. This was a bit off-putting, though it might have been due to the crowd.
But when I called the front desk, the service over the phone was excellent. Plus, they even offer buckwheat pillows!"

"The hotel is clean, near the tourist spots and shopping areas. The subway, restaurants, and shopping mall are nearby in the walking distance, so it's very great for travelers. However, it's quite far from the Asakusa Subway where you can directly go through to NRT. It took around 15-20 minutes to walk there, but it's convenient because you don't have to transfer the subway."

"This was my second stay at a Prince Hotel. My first experience was at the Onarimon branch near Tokyo Tower, which left a great impression.
I arrived in Tokyo for a business trip past 8 PM. After dinner with a client at a small restaurant near Shinagawa, I checked in around 10 PM.
Room 52719 offered a night view, though I was too late to fully take it in. The next morning, I woke up to a clear view of Tokyo Tower.
The hotel complex consists of several buildings: the East Tower, Main Tower, North Tower, and the Annex. The Main Tower's breakfast area was very crowded. The Annex, however, was a bit less congested and offered a convenient direct passage to Shinagawa Station.
The room facilities were a bit dated. It had a bathtub, a refrigerator, and an ice bucket, but I was too late to make use of them.
The next morning, I had to be at my client's by 9:30 AM, so after a quick breakfast, I checked my luggage and rushed off. Upon returning to retrieve my bags, I made use of the lounge area to charge my phone and catch up on some emails before heading straight to the airport.
Location: Directly across from Shinagawa Station's West Exit.
Wi-Fi: Excellent speed."

"I stayed 2 nights and it was normal not so good and not so bad.
Good: until Aug, there is bus to haneda airport from Ariake Garden.
Location is also good if you choose this, it needed time to go to uptown, and need to use Yurikamome.
Front desk and other communicatinos were normal and not really felt Omotenashi - this is Ariake area and may not normal.
The view from the room was not good. Considering this spot is bit unique in Tokyo, there is no lounge or meeting room to rental unless it is from school or company with some amount of event which was bit not match with Ariake area where event and business guests' needs may be in using those urgent meeting option.
Breakfast was crowded even in weekday but the menu was quite good."

MM474948****The room was spacious, and the public areas were also very well-maintained. However, complimentary drinking water was not provided in the room; we had to go to the floor's water dispenser, which was a bit inconvenient.
We didn't book breakfast as there were so many dining options available nearby.
The hotel is very close to Shinjuku Station, easily accessible via the second-floor pedestrian deck, directly opposite Takashimaya – extremely convenient.
The airport limousine bus stop is conveniently located right downstairs and is the first pick-up point. However, it then spends about 30 minutes going around to pick up other passengers, which feels like a wasted detour. Opting for the JR train or going to a different bus terminal yourself is also very straightforward and gets you to the airport in roughly 1.5 hours.
Overall, the value for money wasn't particularly high, so I might explore other hotels in the vicinity on my next visit.

LLee Ai Zhen EileenA nice hotel tucked away near Shinjuku station which is a prime and bustling location. Hotel is within walking distance to Shinjuku station and Omoide Yokocho (Memory/Piss Alley). It is also located near a hotel which is a stop for the airport limousine bus to the airport. Room is of decent size where we are able to lay our large size luggage and fully open them with sufficient walking space. The beds are of comfortable size and toilet is equipped with a bathtub and shower space which is a pleasant surprise. What we love is there is a water dispenser at the lift lobby which allows us to refill our water at any point in time.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with convenient transport links nearby. It's close to metro and bus stops, making it easy to reach various business districts. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity, so everything you need is within easy reach.
Upon check-out, the staff thoughtfully inquired about my stay and genuinely welcomed me back for future visits. Overall, choosing this place for my business trip was an excellent decision. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again for future business trips and highly recommend it to all my business associates!

__WeChat359288****The hotel is conveniently located right at the subway exit. Both the service and ambiance were excellent, and the front desk even kindly helped me make a restaurant reservation over the phone. The in-house hot spring was very cozy.

HHiu KinI had an amazing experience at Dormy Inn Ueno-Okachimachi. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I especially loved the Hot Spring. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the city. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is quite small, but enough for one person. The breakfast buffet is okay, both Japanese and western to choose from, not bad but nothing outstanding. The free drink bar is quite good, nice to have a drink after a long day out, they have both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

AAnonymous UserStayed here for one night as an experiment and I actually liked it! The capsules are spacious and clean and I slept quite well. There is even a sleep quality analysis option which is an interesting experience. And the interior design is minimalistic and elegant
However, the lockers are quite narrow and not suitable for large amounts of luggage (although there is an option to store it in a storage room). Shower was a tiny bit dirty but it was still adequate. The location is a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage, you need to carry it uphill from the metro station (the neighbourhood is quiet and cozy though!). Overall, it's worth the price I still recommend it if you want to try something new

GGuest UserThe location is great, with convenient access to Narita Airport and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. We received a complimentary dessert upon arrival. However, the floor felt a bit sticky for some reason. The room was a decent size and had floor-to-ceiling windows offering a street view. It would have been even better if smoking rooms were available.

DDratinaThe outside of the building is huge. There are so many amenities to choose from at reception. Definitely gives the impression its a 4* hotel. When I got into my room I could see rust and marks in the bathroom, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. I wasn't pleased that the WiFi kept cutting out constantly. Now I got the impression it was a 2-3* hotel. Room service was excellent until the last night when they forgot to leave a night dress. The location is excellent, very close to the station and surrounded by shops. There's an amazon locker close by which helps with my online shopping addiction lol. I forgot to take a picture of the hotel and the amazing view but I got one of the symbol in the front garden.

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.
