"I stayed here to attend a concert at Zepp Haneda. The upside is that it's close to the station, making travel to and from Haneda very convenient. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, both affordable and upscale. I understand the room is small, as that's typical for Japanese hotels. The downside is that the internet was terrible. My Japanese mobile SIM had almost no signal in the room, and the hotel Wi-Fi was spotty at best. It was quite a struggle."

"Since the former business hotel next to Itabashi station is renovated, the layout is not an APA hotel specification, but the basic items are the same. It was a situation where someone flushed the rest in the toilet or the straw remained in the toilet bowl. The luggage storage was smooth and very satisfying."

DDutch FamilyExcellent stay and exceptionally large for Tokyo standards for a family of 4. Room can be devided wich is great feature. Casual walking distance to Akihabara plenty of daily's and restaurants near by. The self service mentality of the facility is high, however as you have a entire floor for yourself this just adds to the having an apartment in Tokyo experience. Price/quality is excellent.

HHispanicIt's a 15-minute walk from Sensoji Temple and a 20-minute walk from the subway station. Finding a 60-square-meter B&B in Tokyo is rare. The amenities were excellent, and the bedding in the three rooms was clean and comfortable. It's a very good value. Disposable toiletries were conveniently available downstairs. We encountered a minor issue upon check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The only downside was a slight odor in the room and the lack of late check-out. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
