"入口の解除キーのメールが送信してもらえていなかった。ドアノブに記載の携帯電話に連絡をしたが折り返しの電話があったのは4時間後… 今回は仲間が楽天トラベルの固定電話の連絡先を見つけて問い合わせをして、なんとか入口を開けることができたが、その連絡先がなければ4時間入れないで待たされるところだった。 今後は緊急連絡先に連絡した時に早く折り返ししてもらえるような対策をして欲しい。 そもそも入口の暗唱キーをちゃんと送ってきて欲しいです。 他のユーザーが同じ思いをしないように頑張ってください。 宿自体はすごく良かったです。"

"We had a pleasant stay at the Mitsuba House for our holidays. It’s a beautiful house, and has everything we need to cook and play. The Owner kept the house so nice and clean, and most importantly, the house is warm. I had a bad experience before staying in a Japanese House and it was very cold. The Owner is super friendly, walked us through the house to make sure everything is fine and we stay comfortably at Mitsuba House. I will definitely like to stay at Mitsuba House again when we come to the area. Highly recommended!"

Breakfast is also buffet style, so the downside is that you have to line up in the morning and it takes about 10 minutes. Improvements are needed as it is still mandatory to wear gloves, which takes extra time. *Why are masks and disinfection not mandatory?"
