酒店再次入住體驗大廳有免費下午茶、雪碧、可樂甜湯冰淇淋送、雙人的自助早餐，菜品豐富選擇多，味道好，很喜歡住這家，服務很好，從大廳到客房服務員們精神面貌都很好，非常棒，下次還會推薦人來住，家庭房的空間挺大！很愉快的推薦

週末跟朋友計劃去梨橋水鎮，途徑銅陵需要住宿，在網上看到這家酒店，感覺各方面都不錯就來了，整體體驗下來確實很好，酒店附近就是銅陵最大的景點天井湖，旁邊就有專屬的停車場還有24小時免費停車券非常的方便。

酒店蠻不錯的，首先一進大廳有個冰櫃有，裏面有夏季養生的銀耳湯，小朋友愛吃的布丁，並且還有免費水果，更貼心的是都免費的。樓上的房間設計的很温馨，有外窗透氣，住的特別的舒適，如果下次住酒店估計還選擇橙子水晶酒店。

前台很沒有禮貌，不知道怎麼培訓的，沒有禮貌用語和服務。不過是一瓶普通的礦泉水而已，多要一瓶竟然跟我説多收錢。另外房間的設施非常老舊，燈光昏暗，廁所沒有通風。另外我在攜程訂的本來就是到下午2點退房，前台竟然説手機上時間不算，下午1點就要退房，必須給好評才可以延遲，呵呵。

一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很精緻，前台很熱情，房間空間很大，很清爽，乾淨整潔，大廳還有免費的下午茶提供，很不錯，周圍有很多店鋪，買東西吃飯都很方便，下次過來還住這裏，推薦！
