It was convenient for you to drive directly into the hotel parking space when you checked in. The service was attentive and the surrounding environment was good.

The appearance of the hotel rooms is a modern building, simple and elegant. The hotel is located in the center of Tonglu. It is very convenient to go shopping. The hotel’s lobby facilities are luxuriously decorated and give guests a very broad view after entering. At the same time, the waiters are also very enthusiastic and almost responsive to the requirements of the guests. It is a recommended hotel. The hotel room is spacious and refreshing. The facilities are well-equipped, and the hot water is relatively large. It is more comfortable when taking a bath. It looks like about 8 o’clock. The hotel lobby manager calls the room and declares his home door to ask if it feels like staying in. Or I asked if the hotel is equipped with a gym. I was told that some of them were on the sixth floor, and then went to the sixth floor to exercise, but I didn’t know how to turn on the treadmill. In the end, the front desk staff helped to open it. The front desk service is impeccable. Express thankfulness. Although there are not many people for breakfast, the dishes are a combination of Chinese and Western dishes, which are comprehensive and well received. Needs to be improved: the room air conditioner makes abnormal noise, adjust it to low speed according to the instructions on the wall, there is still some noise, which is not a big problem. In the hot summer days, the room is equipped with 2 bottles of free mineral water, which I personally feel is not enough. This hotel allows people outside to feel the feeling of home, where there are delicious dishes from home, there is a warm and homelike environment, and the thoughtful and complete round-the-clock service. If I have the opportunity, I will come here. Small things will affect the guest’s feelings and overall evaluation; cost-effective, excellent value, and excellent hotel management concept.

Atour is a nice boutique style hotel. We stayed in a suite there in Tonglu for 2 nights. The suite faces the Binjiang park and the Fuchen river. The panoramic view from the 10th floor is incredible, definitely one of the best views we have experienced in China. The friendly front desk staff checked us in with the help of a translator app since our Mandarin is not great. We don't let that stop us from traveling in China - we don't expect English when we travel, but we do know how to work through any language difficulty. The hotel is in really good shape....modern and contemporary feel. The breakfast on the 8th floor was modest but superb. The staff there is very friendly and even the housekeeping people were always pleasant with us. When we went out at night and walked through the park it was pretty apparent that we were the only foreigners in the neighborhood. Only 2 hours away from Shanghai by high speed train- Tonglu is definitely on our ”return to” list.

Although I was here for a short work trip, this hotel is definitely very well worth staying at if traveling for leisure, too. Excellent location on the river, beside a mall, a Starbucks, a supermarket, and multiple restaurants catering for all tastes and budgets. The city center is walking distance and the hotel has ample free parking (surface and underground). The service I experienced from checking in until checking out was simply exquisite! I was warmly welcomed by reception where Elaine Wan (Front Office Manager) whose attention to detail and support is above and beyond the adjective ‘outstanding’ providing me with a free upgrade. On the flip side, one minor criticism could be not finding the hotel on my GPS and the breakfast which was perhaps not as varied as I would have liked. However, since this hotel has recently opened, I understand and appreciated the set breakfasts available ‘oriental’ and ‘western’. Once again, I was impressed how servicial the staff were as they provided us with a take-away box to avoid any estate. I shall definitely return but as a tourist owing to the hotel’s comfort, service, price and location.

It was really unexpected. I thought that cheap would not have good conditions. As a result, the facilities and sanitation services are good! I chose this venue because it was the nearest 5 star hotel to OMG activity park and also because we were celebrating my eldest sons 12th birthday. The accommodation was 5 stars amazing! Our room faced the peninsula and had a fantastic view. The bed linen felt very luxury soft. The food was top quality ingredients. The outdoor swimming pool is maintained to a very high standard. Finally the service was impeccable all round. Special mention goes to Sky who attended my every needs and made the birthday boy feel extra special! First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, just in the commercial center of Tonglu, it is very convenient to get in and out. Lishi, RT-Mart, and Yaolin Road are all close and within walking distance. Walk to the river for five minutes. The service is also very good, very patient, and delivered breakfast. The breakfast is good, the variety is okay, just keep up with the dishes, and speed up the cleaning. The room facilities are new, but not too luxurious, and I can’t ask for so much at this price, anyway, it’s definitely worth the price, and the view is also good

The river-view king bed room at Tonglu Junyue Hotel we booked on Ctrip was upgraded to a suite with a side suite after arriving at the front desk. There are floor-to-ceiling windows on both walls, and the view of the river is indeed unrivaled. The panoramic view is unobstructed, and you can quickly enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Fuchun River. Not only are the clear waters, green mountains and picturesque river scenery during the day, but after nightfall, the lanterns are lit up, the lanterns along the river are even more brilliant, and there are also fireworks blooming in the sky. The hotel's facilities are first-rate, and the small bar in the room has a wide range of varieties. Immersing yourself in the background music in the room, looking out the window, or sipping tea and chatting are the best ways to relax and vacation. The breakfast experience is also very good, the freshly cooked noodles are rich in toppings, and the rice noodles and small wontons are also very unique. There are also amazing large oysters, just plump and sweet. In addition to the hardware facilities, everything from the lobby front desk to the room service is also attentive. I would like to thank the housekeeper Li Youlian for giving us bath salts, bubble balls, and bathtub covers on the first day of check-in, so that we can take a peaceful bath at night to relax our muscles and relieve fatigue.
