This is Seven Letters’ new store in Fanjingshan. I think the price-performance ratio is extremely high. It is a new store with new clean and sanitary facilities. It is spacious, bright and has good air. Although it is not at the foot of Mount Fanjing, the glass-clear river in front of the door is definitely a beautiful scenery. Therefore, the hardware is completely acceptable. 9.9 points (0.1 is modest). As for software services, you don’t have to choose. The customer service lady will call and add WeChat a few days in advance, and send PDFs of surrounding tours and food for guests’ reference. She will also warmly remind you about things to pay attention to when purchasing tickets and reserving ropeways at Mount Fanjing. , mine clearance and lightning protection without stepping on pitfalls, and the service is absolutely considerate. Welcome fruits are placed in the room before check-in, and there is mung bean soup to relieve summer heat in the evening. This 10-point customer service lady definitely deserves the award. As for the breakfast, it was pretty good, quite rich and delicious. The only regret is that the weather was too cool when we went there and we couldn't enjoy the private pool on the top floor. Otherwise, the children would swim in it and the adults could lie on the swaying round bed and see through the transparent glass roof. It wouldn't be too comfortable! This design is really nice! Leave some regrets and come back next time!

The first stop in Guizhou was Mount Fanjing. What impressed me the most was the enthusiasm of Guizhou people. The boss called in advance to inquire. The breakfast was delicious and arranged to be sent to the scenic spot. Raincoats and gloves were prepared in advance. A glass of cold watermelon juice was even more refreshing after going down the mountain... The location and environment of the hotel are even more outstanding. It is very close to the scenic spot and can be reached on foot. The creek in front of the door is also a scenery of its own. The cracked wall is recommended! ! !

Stay here! Customer service is unparalleled. Every front desk employee goes out of her-his way to help facilitate with tea drinking, laundry services, taxi calls, etc. Lobby is amazing spot with a tea shop area, coffeehouse segment, library/movie theater and dining area. Rooms are wonderfully well appointed, with extra large bathroom and fantastically large waterfall shower. Bed is super comfy. I recommend the third floor. Great outdoor patio for drying clothing and shoes. Ideal location for runners/hikers/cyclists. Directly across street is a river with nice boardwalk. Folks swim here, as well. Just about two kilometers out is perhaps the most amazing paved road running course in the world. Follow it way, way out as it stretches into the mountains and farmland areas. Incredible. Hotel is about 20-22km from main entrance to Fanjingshan. However, no big deal taking a taxi there. It’s more than worth it to experience hotel here, surroundings in town and beyond, and also visit park. I recommend at least 3 nights here. Many restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. Most difficult part is leaving this place…Highly recommended!
