"It's definitely better than the basic accommodation. However, the Internet connection is connected every day. Free Internet wifi was a bit uncomfortable. (Not available for video meeting)
The hotel seems to have to improve this."
"The Redac Gateway Hotel was excellent. For starters they have bidets in the room. The breakfast buffet was so good a numerous selection of a variety of foods. The front desk agent was so polite and informative. A great experience."

"There are Japanese staff at the front desk, so it's reassuring.
The rooms are also comfortable and designed with business travelers in mind.
Amenities include everything except toothbrushes and razors. There are also plenty of towels.
A shuttle bus to LAX has also started operating (25$/person)."
"The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by large commercial complexes and a large parking lot. The room is spacious and in good sanitary condition. The front desk is very friendly and I will consider staying here again in the future."
"Room cleaning and toiletries replacement are provided every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The room was cleaned. Sound insulation is slightly poor. The surrounding environment is safe and there are many Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby."
"Marriott is the first choice if you have a room nearby. It is convenient for travel and has good service! The facilities are complete, the room is clean and the bed is large, which is much better than the Hilton opposite!!!"
"The location is quite far from the scenic spot, but there are many shopping malls nearby, so the overall stay is very good! Parking 🅿️The price is not high and the parking spaces are sufficient!"
"It was my first time ever staying at this hotel and although the room was very nice the first room the gave us was dirty. The bed had been used, the kitchen had trash and food in it, the table and floor was dirty and I booked this room in a middle of a pandemic and the only thing they did to compensate for giving me a dirty room that could have been potentially contaminated with Covid for all I know was wafer of a 16 dollar parking fee. When in reality me and all my friends actually risked our lives and compromised the safely of our immune systems by this hotel giving us the keys to a dirty room. I have stayed at a decent amount of hotels in my age and I have never ever been given a room that had not been cleaned at all. I thought it was especially ridiculous just because I have no idea who had been in that room before us, they could have had covid and we could have brought that home to my family members like that was a ridiculous experience. I did enjoy the room itself once we got a clean one the kitchen is nice and spacious but I just really didn’t like the way they handled the room situation. It was a very unprofessional thing to happen and I did not appreciate how they brushed off the situation like it isnt a big deal as if people aren’t renting hotels to quarantine cause they have covid or what if a traveling nurse was staying in the room and she is exposed to covid regularly? Nice hotel rooms but the customer service could use some work the lady at the desk looked annoyed and I know it’s obviously not her fault but just the lack of care that the hotel employees potentially put me and my friends lives in danger is absolutely ridiculous to me. But like I said nice rooms, but customer service again could use to some work.
I would give the room itself 5 stars, customer service at the front desk 1 star."
"It is very convenient to drive about half an hour from Los Angeles Airport. Many airline flight attendants stay. It is also very close to the beach. There are shops, restaurants, Starbucks coffee next to it. It is very convenient. There is also a restaurant with Chinese light meals in the eight parties. A Korean restaurant nearby is also very good."

Great
LLvtuhuayangduoI booked this hotel while visiting a friend near the hotel. The location is close to the beach, which makes it convenient for my friend to take me around. The price of the hotel is similar to the Westin and Sheraton near the Los Angeles Airport, but in reality this hotel is similar to the convenience hotels in China, the rooms and lobby are relatively small, the bedding is old, and it is not worth the price.
EEmmaEmmaEasy check in process, room was roomy and comfy, they have washers and dryers which made our trip easier one less stop and they were clean also. The pool was amazing and the hot tub. The parking is okay could be better.
YYANThe location of the hotel is better, and the surrounding supermarket restaurants are easier to find. Hotel facilities are relatively old, after entering the room, the switch has been looking for a long time to find. The bathroom facilities are fairly average, but they are relatively clean. The bed linen quilt feels not particularly clean and needs to be strengthened! The key is no socket! It was inconvenient to find the plug used in the socket below the TV cabinet for a long time!
GGuest UserA place for overnight stay is ok, however some of other guests start chatting, smoking, drinking outside my room from 1:30 am till 3 am and the phone in the room was not working. Complaints to the manager, friendly guy but not useful, leave me a phone number to call if happened again, which didn’t happened the second night.
LLois MosesWe had a great experience and the customer service was awesome because she expressed to us how we can save a lot of money by doing this online
RRifkinNo hairdryer in room after checkout I found out you had to order one at the desk. The breakfast is just a coffee bar with granola bars
Bathroom needs a serious cleaning and overhaul
Hot water is fine but the shower head limits the water flow allot
The room smells musty and we had to open the windows to try to have a clean smell
I am sure this was a nice hotel at one time. But it needs updating
Especially the hallway carpet
