"If you are driving, please take the password bar at the front desk, the second password, the first advanced internal parking lot, the second one to go underground. After entering the underground, turn left and it is the special parking lot of Novotel. You need to open the gate with the button. very safe. Direct access to the hotel from the ground floor"
"The hotel is a clean and spacious room with kitchenette to avoid eating outside. I could enjoy a good night of sleep and recover so to finish my journey, turning. "
"Hotel near the center you can reach walking, just in front of it there is a bus stop and very close to a tram,.
Hotel clean staff very careful and friendly
The right breakfast."
"The hotel is located in the main train station square of Tours, but the car can not be opened to the hotel entrance, because the area is forbidden to travel, so it is necessary to stop at the nearby street to charge the location, to stop the underground garage opposite the hotel, but how to find this The garage is sure to take some time. The room is small but comfortable, the breakfast variety is quite good and the quality is good."
"Perfect for rest. The place in this hotel is great. Officers are also very happy to help. The guest room is very elegant, with a huge and comfortable room. We will definitely live here next time"

"The best apartments we stayed in! Clean, beautiful, comfortable and very, very convenient! There are all necessary for both short stop and long-term stay!
Thank you to the hosts for a great place in the Tour!
*I lower the rating for failing to connect to the wifi and unfortunately we have not helped."
"The rooms are pretty good, average, but the rich breakfast is well worth it overall, and the front desk is friendly, not far from the train station, just a few minutes walk away."

Very Good
GGuest UserI like this hotel very much. It seems that the resort has a variety of facilities, including a pool sauna, a large garden and activity space, the hotel restaurant has a good food standard, and the environment is beautiful.
GGuest UserThe breakfast at the hotel is okay, with freshly boiled eggs and plenty of hot food, which is more friendly to Chinese stomachs. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 o'clock early, which is more convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, recommended to stay

GGuest UserThe room was in line with expectations, close to the river, and in a great location. It rained on the day of check-in, and the front desk lady kindly suggested that we could order takeout and have it delivered to the front desk, which was polite and professional

JJoël ADELINEI put 3/5 because I couldn't enjoy the benefit.
Negotiation with the hotel is impossible to delay the reservation of a night (even paying a surcharge) because I took the unchanged price option.
Sorry, since the hotel is far from being filled at that date.
RRachelThe location is fantastic. Although the hotel does not have any private parking, there is free parking all around the building so was easy to find a convenient spot. The main town centre is about a 20 minute walk away however there are lots of local restaurants near by. We booked our stay through the TRIP website stating we needed parking and a dog friendly hotel. Neither were true, no hotel parking and no dogs allowed although the hotel were great and still allowed us to stay with our hound. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the bathroom was ensuite. No complaints. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
AAnonymous UserNear Gallia in Strasbourg, about 200 meters from the tram station and about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. Convenient
The room is very clean and the breakfast is a typical Western breakfast
The disadvantage is that there are not enough charging ports, or it is in a place where it is difficult to plug in
GGuest UserSince we could book this hotel with the super attractive promotional price, I didn't expect much at the hotel.
Despite this, the hotel lived up to its reputation for service. It was a downside that it took time to check in as there was a lack of workers.
However, other than that the room was very clean and had a bath so there were no complaints.
This residential hotel seems to exist in many places in France, so I would like to use it again.
EElsa_Lee25 mins walk to Cathedral. Parking is challenging except for small cars in a secure hotel parking lot for €12 per stay. Local craft beer bistro (Le Croque Bedaine on 153 Rue Colbert) - super friendly owners who are car enthusiasts (Porsche & Japanese sport cars). Nice bar snacks with happy hour till 8pm.
TTimboTravelsWe just stayed there for a night on a longer travel by car. It was a cheap place to stay and it had for an extra 9€ a parking space underground. The parking space and the elevator up looked a bit old, but the room was clean.
