The location is great.. it’s in the center of everything with many shops, banks, restaurants and more around. You don’t need to use transportation. The staff are attentive especially Mr. Emir Bal at reception. The hotel and reception lobby area look nice with a cafe on site. However, the hotel is 25+ years old & the room is small with old furniture that needs renovation immediately. The breakfast is so basic it’s not at all a 5 stars hotel. I got bitten by mosquitos in the room and that was bizarre when no window were opened! Hence the price is so high for this hotel.

Perfect stay with wonderful service. We stayed in beautiful rooms overlooking the Black Sea. Enjoyed watching stunning sunsets from the terrace. Hotel staff were friendly and really helpful from check in to recommending restaurants and sights. We had two perfect hammam sessions and spent time by the pool. We left the hotel feeling relaxed and hope to return one day soon.

I checked in an economy room 410 for 5 nights from 1st to 6th of September. I reserved through their website and confirmed with them via whatsapp and paid when arrived using credit card. The room is cozy, but i loved it, as it satisfies my needs. It has no view but this was ok with me as I don't stay in the hotel, it is for bed and breakfast. 😊 The breakfast was nice, no much variaties, the same things almost everyday but it tastes good. The staff were friendly, the guy in the reception ”Hossam” was very friendly and helpful, he advised us with most of the attractions in the city. My room was cleaned everyday. I really enjoyed my stay there. ❤️

The hotel is totally perfect. It is perfect in terms of hygiene and the employees are very concerned. I haven't had any problems. The rooms are both beautiful in design and very comfortable. In addition, although I went to the restaurant hours after breakfast, the owner's mother prepared a special breakfast for me. Moreover, thank you, they persistently prepared breakfast for me despite the trial. Really sweet people.
