Overall, the lodge is okay, but location is a bit far from the city. Near to Arctic Church and Fjellheisen. Walking from the lodge to the bus station takes about 15-20min.

Best hotel best spot. Although room is small but enuff for 2 of us to cook our own meal. Manage to see the aurora 3 nights in e hotels. So lucky! No aircon but weather is cool enuff. Parking right outside my cabin and EV charging area is just 2 min away from your cabin. Would recommend everyone to book tis hotel when staying in tromso.

The cabin was very comfortable. We could park right next to it, and it's very close to the cathedral.

Room is small but comfortable and warm. Location is away from the city centre and will need a bit of walking and taking of public buses to return. There is little or no restaurants nearby and thus it is better to have your meals before returning back to cabins. Great scenery and view by the river.

Stayed at Tromsø Cabins during our trip twice. The location is excellent — by the river, with mountain views, yet only a few minutes’ drive to the city. Our cabin was warm, clean, and practical, with a small kitchenette for simple meals. Parking was free and convenient, and there were plenty of EV charging points available, which made our road trip much easier. A cosy and quiet place to stay, perfect as a base for exploring Tromsø and the surrounding nature.

Book the room with river view and we totally love the room and the view we have. Lots of snowing when we are there and it makes the place so beautiful and scenic.

Great experience if you are looking for an off the beaten track stay. Kitchen well equipped to cook most things, but location is a bit far from everything (still walkable).

A good location away from city centre. Room could have been cleaner. Heating was slightly under with the cold weather. Had the Christmas lunch which was very good by Linda. Breakfast spread could have been better. Overall stay was ok.

Perfect stay if you’re looking for a more local authentic stay. We had a cozy wooden cabin with 2 bedrooms and kitchen, which was perfect for our group of 4. We cooked meals there and could hang out together in the living and dining room, all of the above wouldn’t have been possible in a traditional hotel. The location is more secluded, not convenient if you don’t have a rental car.

Such an awesome place to stay in tromso . Relax and peaceful , quiet place . You can even enjoy northern light on your own place . And reception was super helpful , all the staff are very friendly and helpful . Definitely will be back in summer .

I didn’t read my email. They sent an email after 8pm informing us our key details as we check in at 11:15pm. Everything is so good, key pick up, drive to room and park beside our cabin. U can view stars from the room ceiling window. There’s a balcony with table and chairs, view of snowy mountains, damn beautiful. We drove out at night away 20mins from cabin and found our fist northern lights at 1:20am super excited!!! This lodge is fantastic we will back to stay if we come back to Tromso.
